Peaceful stay near the Valin Mountains with an amazing view of the Saguenay River. A beautiful and charmingly decorated home. A good cleaning bread when we arrive from the bakery at Roger's located in the village. We visited Nancy's workshop and received a small departure gift. We can't wait to go back! I really enjoyed this studio. It was perfect for my weekend in La Baie, where I taught a 2-day retreat. I immediately felt good there. The location is ideal, it's quiet, clean, with views of the Fjord! Daniel is also a responsive host. Thanks! I'll come back to that!

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend in a beautiful location both inside and around. Karl is super friendly and very caring. All the rooms were clean, we found everything that was described and even more. A quiet and peaceful place, I highly recommend it! 👌🏽

Audrey and Matthew go above and beyond to make their place feel like home. It was incredibly clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of essentials and even some snacks, chocolate, milk and water. Having access to the pool, hot tub and cozy back porch was really nice. There were plenty of stores and restaurants a short drive away.

This is an amazing location with spectacular views out across the Saguenay. We arrived after dark so had to wait for the morning to see the view. Maxime was responsive and the all instructions were clear. We’d definitely come back

Nice location by the lake!

Marianne was a fantastic host. The chalet met our expectations. It's a perfect spot for snowmobilers. We especially appreciated the detached heated garage.

Like always, staying at Cathy's is a great experience. It makes working away from home much easier for me. It was especially nice this time because there were nice Christmas decorations.

This is an ideal place for a quiet getaway. Everything is exactly as advertised and the property is beautiful and private - tall cedar hedges on both sides guarantee privacy. There are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there are major grocery stores and pharmacies a short drive away - everything you could possibly need. The home itself is immaculate and well equipped, and the host is friendly, proactive (we were late arriving and he called us, concerned that we might be lost), and easy to reach. This was possibly my very best Airbnb experience. Great value for a quiet private escape from the city. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
