Hotel was a perfect location, just opposite the Mestre train station which is the first stop out of Venice, so you can pretty much catch most of the trains out of Venice station and are back at the room in 15mins. Reception was friendly and room was just what's needed, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bonus, simple but helped get the day going! Would recommend the place highly!

A peaceful harbor. Surrounded by fields and trees, and it is very easy to walk or drive (easy and free parking) to the small town next door ( 800m ), from where we take a bus that takes us to Venice in 30 minutes. Dario recommended a typical trattoria when his was closed. We ate very well in both places, and it was a nice discovery of Venetian cuisine. We'll be happy to go back!

Just a 10 minute bus ride away from the center of Venice, this hotel room is a great choice if you’re trying to save some coin. The owner(who’s name I didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful teaching us how to navigate around on buses in Venice and definitely helped us not get lost. Highly recommend
