Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mesquite

We had a great time and loved the house, yard and the pool. It was a great space for our family and close to so many parks and trails and food options. Host was super proactive and all the instructions were accurate. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures and other reviews. We will stay again and no complaints.

Place is beautiful, welcoming but the expectations for cleaning go above and beyond. There was an expectation to almost deep clean the house so that cleaning people don't have to do much.

Shelby is one of the best host in Southern Utah! always a pleasure to stay in one of her homes!

The place lived up to our expectations. We had 4 families in the home and everyone felt comfortable, plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and Casey answered all my questions prior to arrival quickly. The clubhouse was perfect! Lazy river and BBQ area was wonderful

The benefit of staying with Southern Utah Luxury is that the house is professionally decorated, stocked, and maintained. They have a checklist for everything you might need and reasonable quality control. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that they advertised three bathrooms, but there were only two. But we got along fine with only two.

We had a great stay here. Home had everything you need as advertised and I loved the quiet neighborhood. Location is great with lots to do and very short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and hiking area. I booked this place to visit Zion National park, but St. George has beautiful trails as well. Would certainly stay here again.

Shannon's place was perfect for our 2-day trip. We walked to River Rock Coffee a few times. Great food, affordable prices, and great views. The house is nicely styled, free of clutter, and very clean. Beds were comfy.

We had a great time for a family reunion. All four families had their own bathrooms. Plenty of room for cousins to play and watch movies. Very kid friendly. Things we used, everything was easy to use and worked well: - Kitchen and seating for 16 - Crock pot, blender, griddle - Oven, gas stovetop, stovetop griddle - Dishwasher - Washer/Dryer - Pool towels (there are lots!) - Pool (just as fun as it looks in the pictures) - Garage (space for 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway, no street parking) - TVs - Plenty of hot water (2 water heaters) Things to know: - We chose to drive to the pool, it's just down the hill - 15 minutes from everything you could need, Walmart, Costco, restaurants, fast food - Everyone and everything was nice and welcoming, tons of other families also vacationing Everyone enjoyed our stay and made great memories. We would stay here again! The host is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Easy check in/check out instructions.

Ruby's home was the perfect location for going to Zion and Bryce. The home is exactly as discribed with even more. The cupbords have everything you need to cook meals along with spices and some condiments in the fridge. The grill, hot tub, and outside sitting space was perfect for evenings relaxing. Her home was very clean. Ruby answeres questins quickly and is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Stay was wonderful the Sport Village offers many amenities and the location is super.

We enjoyed Brittany’s place, it was well furnished. The amenities were great, it had two large screen TVs, a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Having a washer-dryer was a real plus. We enjoyed the pool too. I would definitely recommend Brittany’s place and would come back next time return.

Always a great stay with Terri! We loved her place so much, we made a point to stay here again on our way back west and arranged our travel dates to do so. Her Airbnb is a leap over the average Airbnb experience. So comfortable and homey- everything of the highest quality. Next trip to Utah- we’ll be back! Thanks Terri 😊

It was a overall great experience! Very clean and was a perfect place to come back and relax!

The accommodation was outstanding. We stayed 4 nights. Communication was excellent and Connie and Kay were friendly and approachable, we felt like at home since the moment we arrived. Freshly baked cookies, coffee, apple juice and home eggs were prepared for us upon arrival. Connie and her family took us for a short ride on their ATVs next to their house. That was a fantastic experience especially for our kids. The national park Zion was an half an hour drive, so very accessible. Nearest supermarket is 3 minutes away. I would definitelly recomment this accommodation and will be happy to visit again if I am in the area.

Debi and Nick are great hosts. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the 1st message from them. Place was just as advertised, very clean, cozy decor, uncluttered, well stocked kitchen, super comfy master bed! We had a little TV issue and they took care of it instantly. Helpful welcomed notebook. Great views outside. Location was perfect for us, close to Wolf Creek Golf Course (awesome breakfast & golf), Smith's grocery store, Eureka Casino (Gregory's Mesquite Grill-Yum!!) and everything else we needed. High on a hill, so great views of mountains and park. Quiet neighbors. There was a short walk from the car to the front door, but was easy to do. Debi's instructions were very clear. I also looked on Google Maps to make sure I knew where to drive once inside development, made it easier to find (Google directions would have taken us into the fence/off cliff, LOL). Highly recommend this condo and these hosts.

Great location in Saint George and very affordable. Unit was clean and stocked. Great location right next to the pool. Owner was responsive and helpful with communication.

place is clean and had everything you need for a stay. quiet neighborhood not alot of traffic. close to where we needed to be so it was convenient

This plc was great for my family, alot of space… comfortable.. if we get to ge bck will stay at the same plc…. only thing is one of the room kids tried mess wit tv it won't connect to netflix ect.. but all and all it was great..

Nice place to stay with two families. Plenty of space and easy to access pools from unit. Very safe resort and within minutes of food and shopping still.

Bruce and Paula’s place was warm and welcoming. Furniture and decor was tasteful. The location was great: not a far drive to eateries, grocery store and gas stations. My boys loved the short walk to the park that neighbored the complex. We also appreciated that the condo was an end unit. Hosts were extremely personable and responsive. Thank you, Bruce and Paula!
