For 3 days as a family for an exceptional event in the area, we were delighted with the communication with both Marion the owner and Virginia our hostess who were kind and warm. Accessible on foot or by car, no difficulty parking. Self check-in with lockbox 🔑 and Sandrine is accommodating during check-in and check-out times. Plus, she's very responsive before and after. Apartment as described, very clean and very quiet in this season. The bedding on the mezzanine is of good quality. It is often mentioned the lack of height at the mezzanine, just bend down a little and this is not disturbing at all for sleep! Ability to park bikes.

We had a great time at Marie's place. The apartment was very clear, extremely well located and yet quiet. We were able to take great walks on the coast directly from the accommodation, and go right after to the casino restaurant! We will come back without hesitation.

The location was extraordinary. The apartment is located in the most beautiful beach property with a breathtaking view on the sea. The entire complex is fenced and blends perfectly into the landscape due to its architecture and planting. Ideally located as a starting point to reach the most beautiful beaches nearby. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the equipment is exceptional for a holiday apartment ( oven, microwave, kitchen appliances, barbecue, etc.). The communication with the host worked quickly and smoothly and Olivier is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent the apartment again.

Very well located accommodation, near the center of Saint Palais sur mer and with a recently remodeled pool. The dedicated parking space is a real asset as well as the garden. This is the second time we have come and Marie is always as friendly as well as flexible and responsive. Thanks for the stay.

Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around!
