The guest apartment ( FULLY RENOVATED FINISHED BASEMENT) is an addition to our luxurious home. A 2 bedroom apartment with one king sized bed, Queen sized bed and a plush leather pull out sofa. Pool l table. Large in ground pool, 2 cabana beds, fire pit and dining table. Pool and gated backyard is exclusive to guests. We include netflix, hulu and hbo max. We're a family 4 and visited Hartford for 7 days. There were 2 young adults and 2 grown adults sharing this space. Our stay was restful, peaceful, and relaxing. For those that choose to stay, remember Hartford is a city. There will be city noise: neighbors talking, cars driving by, and a few fire sirens. The house is well-insulated and none of these city sounds were disturbing to us. There is spacious parking in the rear of the home. There are multiple flights up to the unit. Amiditally, we were a little breathless on day 1. By day 3, we were whizzing up the stairs. The inside was neat clean, cozy and comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience! We were minutes away from shopping, dinning, and the highway. The hosts were easily accessible for questions. This place is definitely a home away from home. We will certainly stay again!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the highway which was really convenient. There were restaurants around, an and 24 hour convenience store/Dunkin Donuts/gas station across the street, which was nice. The area felt safe and the building was secure. The host was really nice snd helpful. We loved the place and had a great trip!

We loved our stay at Meg’s The house is an older home that is beautifully renovated. Nice older touches on a completely new space. The space was immaculately clean. We loved being close to the hub of town, but not on the Main Street We basically parked our car and didn’t need to drive to get a cup of coffee or for dinner. Check in and out was super easy. Didn’t need to communicate with Meg because everything was in order. She even gave us later check out. Would definitely stay again
