Vacation rentals with a patio in Merano

Elisa is really kind, and the apartment is very welcoming and equipped with all comforts. In few, you can reach the center and Lake Molveno.

Absolutely recommend. The place is peaceful and the atmosphere is warm. The host has a great taste in decorating and we felt just like home. We had all we needed and it was 100% relaxing.

It was a beautiful surprise, a very modern apartment with all the comforts, we slept in four with the sofa bed (very comfortable). Floor heating with a very modern ventilation system, the living room has a window with beautiful mountain views and a huge smart TV, the bathroom has a fantastic walk shower, the kitchen was impeccable with all the necessary tools, and Alois was a really helpful and timely host. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful place, exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and well equipped, absolutely nothing is missing. Martin and Agi are of a unique kindness and very helpful. Agi pampered us as soon as we arrived with homemade bread, jams, and cookies. Martin responds immediately to any questions or requests. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Heidi and Stephan were excellent hosts and we enjoyed our stay with them. They were very friendly, welcoming, and proper. The apartment was super nice, organized and cold (due to well-functioning air conditioning). The outdoor area was really nice - you share it with the other guests, but it seemed super nice. There were sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone, and then a hot pool. Heidi and Stephan were nice to help us find hiking trails, restaurants, etc. We were also able to order breakfast bread from them, evening before, and then they picked it up from a baker the next morning and dropped it off in front of the door. The parking basement was really nice and worked well. A really good experience.

We were very lucky that we got a small apartment through a cancellation. Two days before our arrival, the check-in was explained to us, so we were able to check in easily and without further help at the time we chose. The apartment is decorated in vintage style. We personally felt very comfortable there. Both from the bedroom and from the living room you can walk through two floor tiles windows to the small terrace and to the pool. From the terrace you have a great view of Merano. By day and at night just fantastic. The pool is very nice and filled with special water. You have a very soft skin after bathing. Also the pool is very nicely located below the apartment. There are sun loungers and if the other guests are not bothered, it is also no problem if the dog is waiting next to the pool for its owner. The landlords are very nice, always available. Only the kitchen is almost too small for cooking

Modern apartment with panoramic views. Everything was well thought out and intuitive to navigate apart from the many light switches : ) This spot has great views over the town and mountains despite always feeling private and close to amenities. Perfect for hiking, or working. We felt immediately settled and at home. Alex was always quick to respond and provided many local recommendations for us to explore.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! Accommodation just a few minutes from downtown on foot and in a quiet area. The apartment was very tidy and impeccable. Right in front of it there is a parking lot where you can leave the car. Katharina showed us activities and restaurants nearby and was very kind to postpone our check-out. Responsive to our requests and questions. Under the apartment is its Café Villa Bux cafe where unfortunately we were only able to have a breakfast due to holidays. If we go back to Merano, we will definitely consider Katharina's place.

We had a great time, the house is really nice and in a very quiet location, surrounded by apple plantations. We went with the dogs so it was an ideal location. The lady who welcomed us was really very nice and kind! House spacious, clean and with everything you need. Recommended

The apartment upon our arrival was perfect, tidy and clean, shared with the other guests there is a small garden where you can rest with lake view. The best part is the location of the building, during our stay we never used the car, all travel can be easily done on foot.

We stayed at Thomas and Luise's house for the second time as a family. We loved everything this time too. The apartment was very large, modern and comfortable. The house is also well located to visit ski resorts in Merano, where we went for the first time on this visit, and in Kurzras. In the evening, you could spend time in Merano very relaxed and stay there, for example, at the very nice Christmas market. The mountain view is wonderful. The communication with Thomas and his mother was always very nice. We felt like at home.

We spent a few days of complete relaxation in Letizia's apartment, and it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment is a real dream: extremely clean, tidy and with attention to detail. Each corner reflects attention and good taste, and is equipped with many amenities that have made our stay really comfortable. The location is perfect for those looking for tranquility, and Letizia was an impeccable host, always available and attentive to our needs. This beautiful gem in Merano is beyond wonderful - we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Veronika and Jakob met us to help us find the parking area and give us the keys - and then Jakob helped us into the apartment and he was incredibly kind - he gave us incredible recommendations we would certainly not have found by ourselves. The space is so lovely and relaxing, even more gorgeous than the pictures - beautiful light through windows, classy antiques, and just very nicely curated space. The kitchen has everything you need, bed was quite comfortable and the sunrooms (yes two!) are delightful for reading. Everything is sparkling clean and comfortable. The location is amazing, it’s so quiet yet you can walk directly into the heart of town in minutes or meander around what is a lovely charming neighborhood. Close grocery, walkable to the base of hiking trails, restaurants and shopping in most directions. Absolutely lovely! ✨
