I spend 2 nights in Akyaka at Tubas appartment. And I think the most special about the appartment is Tuba herself. She is such a nice and smart person and a really helpful host with good recommendations for food and drinks. She also helped me to plan my trip from the Airport Dalaman (Shuttle busses+ Taxi, quite easy and cheap) and made me feel like home from first moment - and also safe as I was traveling alone. The appartment itself is clean and welcoming, with a really comfortable bed. Its in a good and quite location about 15min walking distance to the beach and with restaurants and supermarkets around. The included kitchen has all basics, but I would not recommend it as an appartement for a longer vacation in which you want to spend lot of time in the appartement and prepare most meals by yourself. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays as it is a really cosy place with a super host and therefore a good experience. Thanks a lot :) Appartement clean and welcoming, comfo

It was a peaceful stay in a tastefully furnished house in nature that we found what we were looking for, meeting our expectations. Mr. Ali gave nice explanations about the environment at the entrance and was friendly. We really enjoyed the location, length, and depth of the pool. 5 out of 5

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tüg’s beautiful villa. The house itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The location was perfect—just half an hour away from Marmaris and 10 minutes from the lovely town of Akyaka, both offering plenty to explore. The host was amazing—very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They went above and beyond by providing local recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re looking for relaxation, stunning scenery, or easy access to nearby attractions, this property has it all. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a peaceful and restful stay at Villa Yilmaz for 15 days. Property is brilliant , very private, well-maintained. Beautiful morning hours with view to mountains, sea and Gokova plane. It is very close and acccesible to Turkey's one of great kitesurfing facilities. Property is very accesible to restaurants and center but it is in a very quiet location, which is a great advantage. Private pool is a delight to cool down during sunset.

The beds were super comfy and our sleep quality was perfect. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth. It was a very central and peaceful neighborhood as a location, it can be a more than enough option for those who will not spend time in the hotel

In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

i really enjoyed it, it's a very sweet place..all the needs have been considered.. It was extremely clean, all the tools and personal parts.. I was able to feel the nature both close to the center, the Azmak river, both close to the center and the river isolated. It has an authentic environment, tiny's, the air conditioning is very quiet, it didn't bother me all night. There is no other sound, just a click from the mosque, but it didn't bother me, the teacher reads it very short.. it was important for me that it was quiet and peaceful and a cold season right now.. The people who are interested are very elite and understanding, comfortable people..I plan to be a judge, I can close the whole season next year:)

We have had a very enjoyable 3 days. It had everything you could need in a home, it was clean and well-maintained. The location of the house was very easy to find by car and within walking distance to the Azmak river, and we were able to have a quiet holiday because it was isolated from the surroundings. I recommend it with peace of mind.

We absolutely loved staying at Irmak’s home. The house is really comfortable and well equipped. It’s perfect for a group of friends and everyone had their own bathroom. The infinity swimming pool was perfect, although a little fresh when you first jump in in the morning! We were lucky to stay when the citrus fruits were starting to ripen and Irmak allowed us to pick the fruit so we had plenty of fresh oranges. The local communal cats were adorable too, not annoying like they can be in some places. We developed a nice friendship with them! When the sun goes down behind the oak tree at about 4pm we headed to a nearby beach to catch the rest of the day’s sun. The villa is very private, up in the mountains. Irmak is a great host and was super helpful when my friend was bitten by a scorpion. A car is essential and it means you can drive to the amazing restaurants in and around Akyaka. Akyaka is the embodiment of slow travel. The best place ever!

Even more beautiful home than the photos! Her energy was very good for us. We had a cozy stay. Would definitely prefer it again.
