A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Beautiful, clean and modern beach apartment with fantastic views of the sea and the sunset. The two of us were allowed to spend a week in the stylish apartment. Most rooms are separated by curtains and there are a lot of large windows. Private parking and in general a quiet residential area. We would come back.

Beautiful property located in the shore of the Cantabrian Sea. The house consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the real gem is the outside. The photos available do not finish doing justice to the huge terrain that includes lomas, abundant vegetation, and direct views of the coast. The grill is also very nice. I hope that I can return soon. Thank you very much Sonia!

We spent a week in September and the shame is that most afternoons rained on us and we couldn't enjoy the terrace. For the rest, the house is very nice, we have been very well and quiet. Carlos and Judith recommended places to visit and restaurants and were a hit. During the day we would hike and always dine at home. There's a supermarket close by that has everything even a small bakery for breakfast. We were very comfortable and our hosts were very kind and everything was easy. Highly recommended!

We were 2 families and the welcome was very close and familiar. The hosts are always close, attentive and more than friendly. The house is very cozy, with the essentials and details that they like, tidy, clean,with new appliances, good mattresses and duvets... a very nice terrace and barbecue. we loved the communication to all the places we wanted to visit. The kids enjoyed it to the beaten path.

Nice apartment with places to sit outside at the front and back. Super shower, well-equipped kitchen, everything very very clean. You face the cows and the hills. The beach is 10mins walk (reasonably steep down). We can certainly recommend this apartment!

The house can't be nicer, quiet, cozy, perfectly equipped and full of details. Mery has been very attentive at all times and has even left us recommendations for excursions, beaches, restaurants.
