Loft vacation rentals in Ménilmontant, Paris

We have stated in Anne-Emmanuelle's apartment for a week and had an amazing time! Anne-Emmanuelle is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is well-located with a supermarket nearby and a lot of restaurants on the street. It is very clean and cozy, the terrace is a dream! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris for a short or longer stay

We three (my husband, my 7yrs old boy and myself) have enjoyed our stay in the apartment for 7 nights. All went on very well. Its location is great, metro station is at doorstep, many restaurants are nearby, including very original delicious Chinese restaurants. It’s spacious, bright and tranquil. Above all, the host Matthieu is extremely kind, polite, helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again next time when we visit Paris. Highly recommended from our bottom of heart.

We had a great stay at Sylvain’s place. It’s located on a quiet street only a block away from the canal, cafes, restaurants, and metro. The apartment had a great setup and both the bed and pull out couch were really comfortable. There’s a desk if you have to take care of some work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Paris!

We were in Paris for 4 days. We liked the place, there was everything you need. The metro, supermarket, bakery all within 5 minutes walking distance.

We love the stay at Justin‘s house. Great area with lots of good options of restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy and supermarkets. Easy to get Bolts cars to pick up go airport. Multiple metro stations close to the house, very convenient to visitors to go explore the city. We highly recommend the house and will definitely come stay again when we visit Paris in near future.

The best thing about this flat was the space. The hotel room from my previous trip to Paris would have fitted in this flat three times. It was also warm- we stayed in November, and didn't need to turn the heating on. It was bright, with large glazed areas at each end. These both opened out towards courtyards of taller flats, so unfortunately there was no view. The flat was quiet - we occasionally heard the heavy outer doors of other flats, but no voices, music, alarms or other sounds. The WiFi was good enough to stream TV, the shower was hot and strong. The flat is equipped for everything you would need for a longer stay - we stayed five nights. I would be happy to stay here again.

This apartment is roomy and full of incredible artifacts from the owners profession (entomologist) and travels! Its in a great part of Paris and was so quiet at night, even when the streets were hoppin! The metro is super close and so easy to access. The beds were very comfy - slept there for 9 nights with no problems! Lastly, the air conditioning worked well and kept us cool through the heat during the Olympic games! As noted in other reviews, if you are sensitive to smoke smell, or a neat freak this is not the place for you. It could use a good deep clean for sure, plus there is stuff everywhere. Also, if you are traveling with small children it should be noted the second bed is up a set of stairs with no rail, and no door, and 3 of the walls are windows so in summer it didn't get dark in there till nearly 10 PM. Lastly, we got to meet the owner! He was super kind, showed us the largest butterfly in the world in his collection and even helped us call a cab for our departure!

The apartment was located close to many places to eat; lovely park; a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. We enjoyed our neighborhood very much.

Virgile’s flat is in the absolute best location! Easy access to the metro, the Marais, and supermarkets/pharmacies. There’s plenty of space, and Virgile is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The only negatives would be that the apartment definitely gets humid, so you have to air it out for most of the day. Also the WiFi can be a bit unstable at times, but comes back if you restart the router. Overall a great stay, perfect for a month in Paris!

Richard's place is at the center of Paris. Easy to get to any part of the town using transportation center just few minutes' walk. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and a big shopping mall around. However, Richard's unit is very quiet at the night. We really enjoy staying there.

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Leia and Yohan were great hosts! The loft is located in a fantastic area, very accessible to the metro and close to a lot of nice spots. They were super responsive whenever needed throughout our stay and they made our visit to Paris very comfortable! This was the perfect spot for 2 of us.

I had a pleasant experience in Ekos' lovely artist's apartment. It's warm, clean, and peaceful. The room is nice. The location of the accommodation is good, the metro is minutes away. You'll find convenience stores nearby. I also had a good time talking with the host who, by the way, is full of talent. His works are amazing. I enjoyed learning new things. Very well located accommodation, tranquility assured. The common areas are always clean. There's everything you need to cook. I met several other very nice tenants. I stayed for 5 months. Sylvie is always available and very responsive. It's not invasive. I would this property.

It seems to me that the only recommendation I would make is to place a TV, in each room, or, one in the Room. Other things, very good place and personal treatment. In full Olympic games, Paris/24, me, sports journalist, and, without being able to watch TV, really, it seems a PUNISHMENT, unjustified, I am attentive, greetings, Jorge Ceballos

Ekos is a wonderful host and his artist loft is amazing. The hospitality was great throughout the stay. Ekos responds to all expectations with great care. We don't expect to discover such a spacious space in Paris. A host with a big heart who opens the doors of her little paradise. Many thanks for this Ekos stay. Will stay again.

I'm in Argenteuil for several weeks for work. The proposed room is very good. In addition, Dalila is very nice, I thank her for her hospitality. I recommend her place, so much so that I continue my stay at her home!
