We stayed is this apartment as a couple with our b***h. It's super nice. Everything's new. The sofa and bed are very comfortable, with its comforter and many pillows of different texture so you choose the one that suits you best. The location is perfect. Inside the old area with parking on an esplanade not too far away. Autonomous entrance to the apartment and the building with an App, so you are not tied with keys. Cook with everything you need for a getaway. I definitely recommend it.

It was a very nice stay, spacious, comfortable, light and clean. I enjoyed the sun on the balcony this morning! Sol welcomed us Friendly. Jaén is at its best during Christmas, lots of music and beautifully lit.

We had a great time in this home. It's small but very complete. We went with our little daughter and our dog, a Golden Retriever, and everything was very good. The house has everything you need. To put a but, the wifi was regular, but it was also not essential and the table maybe if it were a bigger pelin would be more comfortable. Easy parking in the same area and very close to a very family park, shops, restaurants… Maria Dolores and her super friendly companion, always available, we had a problem with the door and they solved it at the moment. Very happy and grateful. Definitely and highly recommended

Francisco's apartment is very, very nice. The well-stocked kitchen, the heating is well-functioning, a very quiet area, parking in front of the house found free without problems. Francisco was always active, very quick to respond and attentive to our needs. We arrived very late but he was very available to check us in at one in the morning. She also left us a really well-stocked breakfast basket. Only note for tourists: the hot water ends a little early. If you have to shampoo here, it's better to wait for the heater to recharge. I would go back now!

Super cozy room, very central.

We have been very comfortable. Pedro is very attentive and kind and the apartment is very well equipped, it is comfortable and does not lack detail. Also the location is very good, there is a super right next to the portal, and barecillos nearby. Parking is somewhat narrow, but it comes from luxury to have where to leave the car. In short, very good experience. If we go back to Jaén, we'll repeat for sure.
