Very nice apartment with beautiful view of the lake in nice and quiet location.Lake can be seen even when lying down on the couch. Heating was turned on in advance so we came into warm and cozy apartment. Easy check in and very clean, kitchen has everything necessary for cooking plus coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.. Bed is very comfortable and there are additional blankets and pillows in the closet. Definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone who wants nice and peaceful vacation.

The place was really spotless,you felt right at home. There was nothing missing. There were even baby wipes in the wet room which I found really super cute as we had a baby with us. The surroundings were very quiet as described. Nevertheless, we were able to relax there really well with children! The view on the lake is fantastic! Thereze, was very friendly and helpful. And she always responded very quickly. Shukran Bzeaf! This will definitely not be the last time!

This place is perfect: perfect location, the home is well organized and with a beautiful lake view, and Luisa is such a sweetheart I can't rave enough about this place. It is very close to the Lugano train station, you take the funicular for 2 minutes and turn a corner and the place is right there - next to all the luxury shops, restaurants, a few minutes from the lake, and best of all you don't have to lug your luggage around. Lugano is known to be hilly, and normally you'd need to walk down lots of stairs to get to wherever you are, but it's so close to the funicular you can just ride it down the hill. The place is cozy, set up efficiently, clean and modern, and have everything we need to be comfortable. Luisa is the sweetest person ever, she checked in often, gave clear instructions to find the place, and ensured it was set up properly for us and the kids. It has everything and I would totally recommend this to everyone!

We were there with three little kids. Great apartment right on the lake. Everything was as described and perfectly equipped. A special highlight is the garden, which borders directly on the lake and which we had to ourselves all week. We will be happy to come back :)

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

Adrian and his team were exceptional. Communication was immediate and instructions easy to follow. They were also over the top accommodating for our 1 year old providing everything we could possibly need. The accommodation itself was somehow more spectacular than the pictures. Genuinely exceeded all expectations. My family and I were blown away with every aspect of our stay and cannot recommend Adrians place more.

Fantastically located apartment in Gandria, the water ripples under the windows (a few steps to the jetty/bathing area), and watching the dawn over the lake from the large kitchen window facing east is an event. Zero traffic noise (is the exception in the Lugano region!) - always in summer motorboats may disturb, and the alleys of Gandria are a tourist hotspot on weekends, but the night and morning peace are amazing. We arrived by train, with the largely hourly bus connection to Lugano, a car is almost superfluous (we strongly recommend the cheap weekly ticket of the Arcobaleno transport network, only available at the counter!). The apartment is alive, you are a guest at Seif's, and it is super cozy, we immediately felt at home. Guests with insect phobias may need to make small concessions. The bathroom complex between the living and sleeping area is definitely unconventional, but very practical.

We felt completely comfortable in Casa Gioia. In the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful flowers and a gentle stream, we were able to enjoy the days and relax. This is truly a special and energizing place. The house also fulfilled all our wishes. The hosts and also the caretaker were very helpful and accommodating. We will be happy to come back. Run don’t walk if you are considering a stay at Bobby’s little piece of heaven! It is immaculately clean, the view is breath taking, it’s private and peaceful! Bobby is so helpful and friendly. Just a few steps away you can jump in the lake if you wish. The beautiful apartment has every amenity you could ever want or need. 1000% recommend!

Cesare was very friendly and very helpful. he helped us with the luggage and removing the trash bags. His apartment has a Fabulous view in a fabulous and quiet area. I highly recommend it

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. Sebastiano is a very kind host, he always responded immediately and was very helpful. Check-in was very clear and we had no issues. The house is enchanting, exactly as you can see from the photos, with a lot of tranquility and privacy. The furniture is very nice, a fully equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds. The view from the living room and the veranda over the Lake is amazing and charming. The walk along the lake is really nice and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to everyone, I'll be back soon.

Absolutely stunning views, even better than the photos. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, it was perfect for our stay. As it’s on multiple levels there are lots of stairs. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, it’s in a magic location!

Very nice and central location with great lake views. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair at ground level. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

We, Nonna, Mama and two boys (3.5 and 1 year old) immediately felt very comfortable in the stylish and well-kept apartment. It was just everything there, in the kitchen, in the bathroom and especially for the children, for playing indoors and outdoors. We experienced Caslano in November as a small "tourist-poor" paradise with enchanting lakeside, friendly pizzeria and the organic shop in close proximity. Thank you for the generous hospitality!

The Grischina in Locarno is a beautiful apartment on the Lido di Locarno with great views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. The terrace is huge... All rooms are clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathhouse is right across the street and the center of Locarno is a quick walk away. The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. We had a great 5 days in this quiet yet central apartment. We will definitely come back. Arrivederci Grischina!
