We were satisfied, the handling was very easy and straightforward. The place was as shown on the pictures and in the description.

Very nice apartment with beautiful view of the lake in nice and quiet location.Lake can be seen even when lying down on the couch. Heating was turned on in advance so we came into warm and cozy apartment. Easy check in and very clean, kitchen has everything necessary for cooking plus coffee machine, toaster, microwave, etc.. Bed is very comfortable and there are additional blankets and pillows in the closet. Definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone who wants nice and peaceful vacation.

We were there with three little kids. Great apartment directly at the lake. Everything was as described and perfectly equipped. A special highlight is the garden, which borders directly on the lake and which we had to ourselves all week. We will be happy to come back :)

Regula's apartment is situated right in front of the lake in a peaceful neighborhood. The space is clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Regula greeted us warmly, offering homemade jams and milk bread. She also provided plenty of local tips about the region. From the apartment, it's easy to drive to several nearby destinations like Lugano, Milan, and Como. We will definitely return!

We stayed with two children (9 and 13) for 10 days in August with Mira and André and it was just fantastic. The apartment is located directly at the lake, on the balcony you have the feeling of lying above the lake, with the unique view of Morcote. Four of them, the apartment is very comfortable, individual days you can also just relax there. Of course, the highlight is the lake access: a garden gate leads to the private dock and can jump into the lake for a short or long time, which we have used extensively, as well as the super provided. Hosts were quick to reach at all times (we didn't get along with the key app right away, but on the second phone it worked right away). We will definitely come back!

Andrea's place was new and super clean. The location is optimal, the lake is a minute away, Paradiso train station five minutes. Beautiful view of Monte Boglia. For me it was ideally located for hiking. I would like to come back in the summer. Andrea was always easily and quickly accessible. Recommended!

We stayed there for the 2nd time. And it was definitely not the last time. Very relaxed and well recovered, we will come back.

We had a small car breakdown and therefore could not check in at the agreed date, but thanks to the clear description and super nice contacts we found our super nice cottage. The next day, the Björn came by and explained the beautiful property to us and showed us what we can use! The entire property leaves nothing to be desired, everywhere there are seating , many barbecue facilities, fireplaces, badminton, ping pong and basketball courts and much more .. you can see how much love is put in everywhere! Leo was very proactive and flexible about check-in and check-out.

Nataliya gave us a tour of the house with her son who speaks English at the beginning and also left us little touches (wine, chocolate). The place was quaint and very clean.

Fabulous stay. Extremely helpful, friendly and responsive host. Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cesare was very friendly and very helpful. he helped us with the luggage and removing the trash bags. His apartment has a Fabulous view in a fabulous and quiet area. I highly recommend it

There were four of us with a dog in the property and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is well-equipped, lovingly furnished and communication with Norbert was straightforward and quick. We can definitely recommend the Rustico. 🤗

Absolutely stunning views, even better than the photos. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, it was perfect for our stay. As it’s on multiple levels there are lots of stairs. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, it’s in a magic location!

Very nice and central location with great views of the lake. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

The apartment was exactly as described. It is well located, close to the center and the lake. It is good and practical. It has everything you need, even a few coffee pods for the start. Florin has always responded quickly, compptly and helpful. Communication with him has been excellent.

In the middle of the neat Ascona, we felt very comfortable in this modern apartment. The apartment is perfect to discover Ascona and the surrounding valleys. We experienced the hosts as very pleasant and accommodating and look forward to next time!
