Cottage vacation rentals in Mendes

We were in a group of 18 people to spend Christmas and we all had an excellent experience at the site. Communication with Joana is quick and clear. The staff are polite and we'd like to highlight Mr. Edson, who welcomed us very warmly and was very kind with the activities. The facilities of the site are great, the gourmet area is a star apart, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen with all the utensils. We all had a wonderful time! The rain makes the journey a little difficult because it is still on the ground, with some holes in the road, but we managed by driving carefully. I suggest having a popcorn maker, we took ours, for rainy days and a movie at night and it was a success!!

The place is wonderful. A true peace center! Very green, large pool and well-kept. The house has great infrastructure, an excellent cottage. Diego is a caring and thoughtful host. We arrived and found pampering like chocolates, cold brewery and juice for children. This year, as I warned it was my son's birthday I even had a present for him. Township won a soccer ball that took the opportunity to make its debut on the home's football field. I highly recommend and we are already scheduling the turn. Diego, thank you for everything. Roberto is a great host. Promptly answers any questions. The house is very beautiful and well equipped. We don't miss any utensils. The swimming pool is very good and well cared for as is the garden. The internet works very well on all the inside and outside parts of the house. The place is great for rest, with lush nature all around and quiet neighborhood. The TVs are new and work very well. Rooms with comfortable beds and well ventilated and bright. It was a very pleasant experience, and we hope to be able to return soon.

We felt truly at home, it exceeded our expectations, Fabio was the one who spoke to me all the time, and he is super polite and helpful. We'll be back soon, God willing.

Very good , total privacy, excellent space, everything I prepare to make the hosoedes feel at ease . Luciano , very attentive , the Gps , indicated the wrong path, however, Luciano , quickly answered me and stayed with me until he arrived at the house . Thank you , the end of semava was wonderful.

The stay during the carnival was wonderful! The house is very complete, it has all the necessary utensils and it was super clean. The condominium is wonderful and the beach near the house as well.

We all feel extremely peaceful and re-energized at this location. Our idea was to rest and we did it with praise in an excellent space, note 10. We're already scheduling the half-year stay!

Mari's place is wonderful! I went with my family to spend Christmas and we spent super quiet and cozy days! Rafaela (who received us) was super helpful, attentive and made available to support us in what was necessary. In addition, the house has a very good space, with integrated and private environments very well distributed, it was quite clean, tidy and with all the appliances/dishes we need for the Christmas dinner!! My family loved their stay, we went with our dogs and they snapped too! It was very good and we intend to return with certainty. Thanks Mari and Rafa, our Christmas was unforgettable

Heber was super solicitous, with quick and objective responses. It served us very well at check-in and was always attentive. The house was super clean, air-conditioned in all rooms, and the atmosphere is very quiet — ideal for rest. There is no telephone signal, but the wifi works perfectly and supplies this absence well. We sure want to go back!

An extremely clean and organized space, as well as ample and in a harmony of very good taste. They were pleasant and happy days. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the pool, which had so well-maintained transparent water. The playground is lovely and the kids had a great time. The football field features a well-trimmed lawn and has given us a lot of fun. The very inviting backyard features a gourmet area and comfortable accommodations. In short...a spectacular home. We love it.

Fazendinha is a haven of peace. Diva is extremely kind and helpful. This is our second time staying and we will certainly return.

As described by others, the house is better than in the photos. Beautiful and clean and cozy place. Lots of space for everyone. The kitchen is complete and everything works well. We were in 10 and the whole family loved every moment. The location of the house is a little further from the city center than we imagined. This was not an issue in itself, but since our goal was not to make meals like lunch and dinner at home, we had two daily trips to make. For those who want a really quiet place, this should be seen as a great benefit! We will definitely get back to host and arrange for a few barbecues on site :-)

A large property, surrounded by nature and quiet. The housekeeper David welcomed us extremely well. In addition, the communication with the host was very easy and he provided us with flexible check in. I recommend it!

I went with my family, and although it was raining in the days, it was a lot of fun. We spent up to the pool that had "warm" water, even though it was 18°C at room temperature. The rooms were enough to accommodate everyone. We used the barbecue area more than the kitchen, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The children had fun in fishing and with the ducks. The space is excellent. We made the trail but couldn't really see the view due to the fog. Anyway, they were great days of peace and tranquility.

This house is one of my favorite places, it's already my second visit. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a super inviting BBQ area to spend many hours. Lots of nature around It is the perfect place for those seeking peace and comfort.

I went to the farmhouse with my family (12 people). Everyone really liked it. The place is a very beautiful place and has an impressive structure. All decor is designed for the comfort of visitors. The pool space is amazing and everyone really enjoyed the period. The hostess is a lovely person who welcomed us with great affection and whenever we needed her, she assisted us. It is certainly a place we want to return to.

Who received us was Dona Sônia and Sr Ailson. Super attentive, thoughtful and welcoming. The place is too beautiful, the house was clean and organized and has all the necessary utensils. The way is very simple to access. Although there was a train that it is no longer possible for the GPS to pick up, Dona Sônia had sent us a map in advance and a video showing how to access and it went super well, we had no trouble finding the house. Light was missing on the penultimate day but there is generator in the house and they promptly activated, which did not impact anything in our stay. We love the experience and will return more often without a doubt.
