We had a nice time at Aysel’s apartment. It’s a great place to have a quiet and relaxed neighborhood-type environment holiday. There are beautiful beaches within 10 to 15 minutes driving distance. The house was wonderful and Aysel was a kind and attentive host.

You feel like home here. Super clean and comfortable, you will find everything you need (in the house and also in the area), view is beautiful. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Communication works very well. Of course recommended. Thanks to Mr. Gündüz! Best regards from Vienna!

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

Izmir Özdere Summer Villa

We had an amazing time in Ozdere, the villa is quite spacious. There are few supermarkets around which was a big plus for us, we could easily walk to them. One of downsides was that there is no WiFi, we missed that when booking and since there was some issues with the satellite we had few boring nights 😂 . The place is close to a very nice beach, maybe 15 minutes walk but the walk is not easy for kids and older people. We usually walked there and took a taxi back because it was quite steep. All an all we had a great time and the hosts were very helpful, the place has everything a big family needs and many restaurants around. Thanks 🙏🏻

the cottage is wonderfully rustic and equipped with every comfort, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely recommended. The super sweet dogs and sweet intrusive cat have made kb's stay even more fun! We were super well taken care of with wood, bikes and some vegetables from our own garden otherwise you have a little paradise to yourself to read, recover and cuddle with dogs 10 out of 10 points

Ms. Ayten was a very good host. I met him as a nice conversation,polite, trustworthy and human person. We also got a lot of information from him about the beaches and places to visit outside the house. She was quick to help us with everything during our stay. Her place was really clean and comfortable. We ate dinner in a house full of greenery, we were able to enjoy our tea comfortably :) The location of the house and the proximity of the sea are also a great advantage. It was a great experience for us.

It was a very sufficient and peaceful house during our family vacation. The host was kind and caring. Everything that can meet the basic needs inside the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. The sea is clean and shallow. We are very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone

Hello dear Ebru and Babylon Gardens staff, my family and I had a wonderful stay in Özdere. The key handover worked very well even though it was in the middle of the night and we immediately felt comfortable. Everything we needed was there, lots of towels, linens and everything very clean and tidy. The pool area and restaurant are very welcoming and well maintained, very quiet, family, chill atmosphere, good food, and very, very friendly, warm and always responsive staff. The kids loved the water and we all felt at home. Thank you again for a great holiday!!!
