We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Our only concern was that there was only one small bathroom upstairs to accommodate 4 bedrooms. The location was perfect, close to local restaurants and shops, peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home here. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

Great place to stay to explore Memphis. On a quiet street with very easy in and out access. Lots of great places to check out on foot around the neighborhood and easy walk to the rest of downtown. Would stay again

Had a great time in Memphis. Place was great and I loved the morning sun in the main room. It felt bigger than in the photos. The bed was really big. There was a wonderful coffee shop on S Main I could walk to (dr beans) as well as a million other things. Special props to the team who responded to my (many!) requests quickly and effectively. If I were going to warn future guests about anything it’d be that the walls and floors are quite thin so you do hear other folks at times. Wasn’t a problem for me. The only other tiny thing is the bizarre practice of having a valet pick up trash every evening is that sometimes the hallways have a bunch of trash cans in them. I suppose it’s convenient but it was a strange first impression! Overall really loved my time here and heartily recommend.

The house is gorgeous and big. We came to Memphis with 6 people to see Graceland. The space was fun, beautiful and comfortable. Everyone thought their beds were very comfy. The games and gym kept our two teen travelers happy also. The gated driveway made us feel very safe. The house seems to be close to everything you will need. We loved Torrion at One and Only BBQ, it's just down the street! Thomas was the real bonus. What a fantastic host! Super helpful. Always answered. He kindly navigated us through a few hiccups at check in. Then resolved another small problem before I could even ask about it. I can't say enough good things about him or this house. My only regret is we didn't stay longer.

Prime 1BR Location Near Uni of Memphis & Downtown

The host was fast to respond to our requests. The location is close to local colleges and the building is full of college kids. We loved it! The young people were respectful and kind. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable! We both got good sleep the entire visit. The unit had everything we needed except a microwave. Later we found a microwave in the rec room. The entire time we were there we just used the oven to warm up leftovers. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. $2.00 dollars to wash and $2.00 dollars to dry. The workout room is simple, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, some dumbbells and a mirror for yoga. You will need to take your own yoga mat. Walking through the neighborhood was beautiful as the dogwoods were blooming. We liked the unit and appreciated the host’s fast responses . We will be back!

The host communication was top notch. They were always available at any time of the day and was very nice. The location was perfect considering that it was a couple blocks away from the FedEx center. The bnb it self was well worth the price especially being in downtown Memphis . I would book again.

It was a great neutral site extremely close to everything that was going on downtown. only two blocks from FedEx forum. It is a great location for myself and my children. A lot of great restaurants and fun things to do this past weekend. Extremely quiet and clean would definitely book again.

The location was perfect. We parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere during our two days on Memphis. The only thing that I would advise when booking this place is that there is no privacy, the master bedroom does not have a door. I would stay here again.

When arriving, be aware that gps drops you in between buildings. Parking garage is super close, if you feel like you’re walking far, you went wrong way. Gps will bring you to a great bar store front, but you will need to find backside to get keys. Only reason I struggled is because I had umbrella stroller and suitcase w a 2 year old. Beautiful location with amazing things to stay busy. Super comfortable and private . The hosts are amazing and helped me navigate when I couldn’t comprehend instructions after 12 hours in car. I recommend reading instructions before you are exhausted from car drive. The directions are very clear, just so many that I got lost in steps. Find back alley, not storefront for entrance - it says it- I just was lost in the bigness of the buildings - my fault, not theirs . Long story short - find key before going to the parking garage. Loved our stay, look forward to returning with my other children

This place is awesome. I love the spacious floor plan, the high ceilings, the floor to ceiling windows with a view of Court Square Park, the modern decor, and the downtown location, 3 blocks south of the convention center. The sofa and the bed are very comfortable, and the apartment/condo is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishes, and utensils. There were more than enough towels, linen, blankets, and other amenities. Between the 2 bathrooms there is a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a washer & dryer. The building’s front & rear entrance, and the elevator is very secure, each accessible only via a key fob. The unit is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped exercise room. On-site parking is not available, but several garages are available nearby. If you don’t have a car, there’s a trolley stop near the front entrance of the building. In town for business or leisure travel, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Morgan's place was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated!!! It was alittle tricky to find due to the layout of the building. The unit had plenty of room for 5 adults. Easy check in and check out. We loved the building. There was a variety of places to eat and shop. We will definitely be back.

This was a great base for exploring Memphis on spring break. Everything we needed was nearby. The townhouse feels open and comfortable due to all the high ceilings, lots of windows, and creative layout. Even with four people we had plenty of space for relaxing.

This was the perfect place for my short stay! Check in was simple with the descriptive instructions. The place was neat, clean, and cute. Just a short walk to Beale street with lots to do. Maira was super responsive and helpful throughout, making it a stress free experience!

this is the third time I've stayed at this house, and it's always been a pleasure. the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the home is gorgeous. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. He even has spices and condiments available. You could not ask for a more pleasant big city Airbnb experience.
