We rented this place for the WE. The lake estate is a quiet and really beautiful place. Perfect for a WE for families or with friends. We will be back in the year to take advantage of this area which offers various activities. The host is very welcoming and engaged. Communication was very fluid. I recommend 100%. What a positive! true to the description and much more...!!! The place where the place is located is just amazing! Stables, a swimming pool, tennis lessons, a small shop, a babysitting service in a wooded setting at will. For a total disconnection a few kilometers from Paris, this is the ideal compromise. The place is not only clean but most importantly, excellently arranged. The sleeping area is distinct from the living room and it opens onto the kitchen with a gigantic central island (ideal for family or friends moments) Board games are available in quality comfort: a large sofa and a large table to share moments without screens. Two bathrooms and two toilets make it easy to stay together without getting in the way. Thank you to our point of contact who is very responsive. stay to repeat!

Very pleasant family weekend under a beautiful winter sun, peaceful place. Functional house albeita little cluttered. Awesome SPA and full of toys and amenities for the kids.

We already knew the house but it always has the same effect, the place is very pleasant, it feels like home, the whole environment is made to spend pleasant moments and memorable memories. My son had a lot of fun as there are games and books. It's a house that has good energy and has all the comforts possible. Thank you again Aude for hosting us

We had a really pleasant Christmas stay with the family on the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fire, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove(the open kitchen in its extension), foosball, billiards, sauna, board games, great walks in the surrounding countryside, there was enough to rejoice all generations! Jean-Yves' welcome (and Caroline!) was perfect! For summer, the house has in addition to a large garden. Only about thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

We did not have the chance to meet Nathalie but she was still very responsive, accommodating and attentive by message. The house is superb, we enjoyed the hot tub and board games available on site! Several walks around with beautiful scenery and tranquility is present. We will be happy to come back and meet you this time!

We had a fabulous stay at Claires property in the last week of August. Their home is beautiful and considering the hot weather, it was very cool. Claire was very quick to communicate and give advice on amenities in the local area. A short drive to disney too which was fab.

The accommodation is large, as described, in a quiet environment. Parking at the foot of the building, the equipment offered facilitates autonomy (washing machine, oven, parking, etc.)
