We are a family of 7 and recently visited Kodaikanal. We were looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay, and we found Jarcanda Villa. It was the perfect place for our family! The villa is a beautiful vintage property that is very well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, making sure we felt at home. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking views. The host was incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. One of the highlights was the barbecue – it was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend everyone try it. The campfire experience in Kodaikanal’s cool climate was unforgettable and really added a special touch to our trip. While a few things in the bathroom could use some attention, these minor negatives are completely overshadowed by the positives of the property. We highly recommend Jarcanda Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable getaway!!!

A beautiful place to stay and the view of the resort was just wow.. We can enjoy our private time with our family and friends… Very hygiene place and the rooms very clean and neat…Good service by care taker….!!! The taste of the food is served as per wish and it’s taste good… I can recommend if you want to be peace and enjoy your family time a must place for stay…..

If your large group needs peace and an environment free from city noise and pollution, this is the perfect destination.

The stay at Hill breeze which is located inside Shah Villa was very nice felt privately. Check in was damn easy since it was through digital keypad and were also flexible to check in early. Thanks to Guna about that. Had a good large size TV with good internet connectivity and two heaters were provided , about kitchen they had OTG, oven and a toaster too with an induction stove. Barbecue was also provided. Only disappointment was one of the cot in bedroom was broken or damaged which kept giving some noises and water seepages in one of the restroom rest everything was perfect at Hill breeze. Thanks to Rashmi one who took good care of us and for complimenting us with some home made chocolates.

Had a great stay at Lilly’s Cottage in Kodaikanal. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a quiet getaway. The outdoor seating area is a big plus — ideal for enjoying the weather or sitting around a campfire in the evening. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the hills.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 13 people and occupied the entire villa. Every mentioned amenities are accurate. Rooms are very spacious. Interiors attract the most. Maintained well and extremely clean. Host is very responsive and helped with smooth checkin and check out. Caretaker was very helpful and was available whenever we needed something. Pictures doesn't justify the beauty of the villa, it's more beautiful in real and very well maintained.

George is an excellent host, very responsive and attentive, always checking in to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The cottage is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and with a neat bathroom. It's conveniently located right on Lake Road, making it easy to find. The area is calm and peaceful, with a beautiful garden that added to the charm. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the portable heaters in both rooms kept us warm during the chilly nights. Priya, the caretaker, is an absolute gem. Her homemade food is delicious, and we ended up not eating out at all because her cooking was so good! She was always responsive to our needs. We stayed with our 1-year-old and 3-year-old, and both of them enjoyed the space and environment immensely. We will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

Access: it’s quite straight forward route but the last 1.5Km might be a bit steep and the road is a bit narrow . Being confident in your driving is important The Community : The community in which Raj’s place is in is well maintained , Quite and more importantly Peaceful. The Place of Stay : Raj’s house is very well maintained and spacious he does have a more than handful of board games . And you see the sunrise and sunset from the sit out area . Was not the fan of the art work felt like the art work was watching you 😅😅 but it’s just a feel and the choice of art . Nothing creepy Food & Groceries: There is a in-house canteen in the community with a standard menu for bf, lunch& dinner . The taste is good and the price is very reasonable . If you are visiting Kodai just for alone time then the food here should suffice for the entirety of stay . View : You get a fantastic view of pretty much the entire city from Raj’s place . As the temperature drops it gets beautiful

Hey Cyriac you got awesome place. We expected to stay sandalwood surrounded place only but we have found lot more. Entrance with both sided sandle trees Water canals, Fish pound, Barbecue, Spice trees, Coffee plants, Tree house, Arecanut trees, Beautiful flowers, List is long…. Near to a beautiful river, bamboo trees at river bank, Shakti temple, Church Can go for cycling Seen Turkeys, Deers Bobby acted like host cum guide and took us to these places. Good food. We had plan for one day only realised one is not enough to explore. Thanks Bobby and Cyriac.
