The accommodation was spotless, perfectly clean, well maintained and ideally located, which made our stay enjoyable. Fatima Zahra was very kind and warm, she was always available to meet our needs. A perfect experience I highly recommend!

Beautifully situated on the beach with amazing views. Managed a couple of dips/swims in January! Tétouan a lovely place to visit nearby with a big Carrefour. Lovely walk on the pine peninsular. Very chic en-suite bedrooms.

My recent stay in Tetouan was absolutely delightful and exceeded all my expectations! The property itself was a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comforts. The house was clean, spacious and decorated with intricate Moroccan designs that reflect the rich culture of Tetouan. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views. The location was ideal- nestled in a quiet yet central part of the town. The neighborhood was safe. Our host was exceptional- kind, responsive and always ready to offer help. Overall, my experience at this house was nothing short of magical. It perfectly captured the essence of Moroccan hospitality and made my trip unforgettable. We spent a week at the accommodation with my family and everything went very well! The accommodation is very spacious (we were 5 people), clean, with a large garden. The property has everything you need for your stay. The area is very beautiful and we found the accommodation in a good location: close to Tetouan, 1 hour from Akchour and 1h30 to Chefchouen where the road offers you magnificent landscapes! Sanae was superb: communication was very easy, it was always available if needed and very responsive, which we really appreciated! Very good stay at Ismael's, the stay went very well. The accommodation is very well located, on a quiet street but close to the city center. It is very well equipped and very clean. A big thank you to Ismael for his availability and kindness throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

If you need a good night sleep in a quiet location than this place is perfect, shopping centre is 5 min walk and a lovely cafe is also near by. Recommend it

Highly recommend! I had the pleasure of living in this apartment for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is bright, clean and modernly furnished, which immediately ensures a feel-good feeling. I was particularly enthusiastic about the well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. The location of the apartment is excellent. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are in the immediate vicinity, which makes everyday life much easier. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and I felt safe at all times. A lot of praise also to the landlords who were very helpful and accommodating. They were always available for questions or concerns and helped quickly. Overall a great apartment that I can recommend to anyone!

I had a great stay in zakaria’s apartment, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Zakaria was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Very nice appartment on the first floor. Easy to find and to get in. very busy area but you'll have your car in private parking in front of the door. the place is spacious with a very nice bed. Balcony is great. location is sublime, at front of the corniche. Mariem is a great and super friendly host, rent any of her places without worries. worth it thanks!

This place is really amazing. Despite I was out of season the sea was still warm, and the surroundings is worth to go for a walk. It was fully equiped, with a good kitchen and cozy bedroom. Somebody wrote that matras is too tough, but for me it was okay. The only problem I had - is the groceries, because if you want vegetables and fruits you can find it only in Fnideq, but not in neiborghoud (though, the little shop with some basics works 24 hours). But for me it didn't really matter because of a peaceful place, friendly stuff with a cute dog, and sunrise beach. Really good place to spend some vacation with family or to work in solitude.

i had a wonderful stay at Hatim place very close to the beach everything was perfect i highly recommend for everybody coming to Martil city....

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

It was the most beautiful stay I had in Martil, the apartment is very clean, the towels, the shower, the kitchen, the equipment...everything is perfect, the residence is very quiet and close to the beach of 4 minutes walk, Mr.Suleiman is helpful and even he was not in the city he is in contact with me throughout the stay, Fatima is also kind and smiling, she welcomed us warmly, I will come back next time inshaalah at your place with all my family, and thank you so much ❤️

Great stay as always with Ahad properties. The place was clean and with a great decoration style. Everything I needed for my stay was there and accessible. Always love that there is a coffee machine and coffee when I come to stay. I recommend anyone to stay at one of Ahad properties, you won’t be disappointed
