Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Melhus Municipality

We had a wonderful time in Therese’s home and neighborhood. The area is beautiful. The home was absolutely perfect for our little family. Therese was incredibly responsible, thorough, and helpful with local recommendations. We highly recommend this home.

The place was the perfect place for our holiday week with large family. The amenities, the view of the fjord and the walking distance of the old town were great. Audun was a very friendly attentive host. We felt very comfortable and thank you for the hospitality.

Cozy apartment. Spacious. Good location to what we would do in the city and the bus stopped right by. Very nice with its own parking space. Easy to cook even with everything we needed available. Grocery store was also right next door. Quiet and quiet area. There is plenty of space on the balcony. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating. We had a great stay and would love to come again!

The place was beautiful and clean. I wished I had that kitchen! The beds were soft and comfortable.

The apartment is the perfect base for a few days exploring Trondheim, and wonderful that we could bring our dog. We went hiking in Lavollen and took the number 3 bus into Trondheim for a day exploring. We had take away pizza from the grill and a lovely burger from Kompis. Both just a few minutes walk. The kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas too. Magnus was very responsive to any questions (the washing machine is in the basement!) Parking was great for our camper and we had snow whilst we stayed! We felt right at home and it’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

It is a huge house that you have to yourself, no matter with us, a lot of people you rent it. There is a large living room, large dining room, a cold store and much more. A stay with a large group is very possible. There were only two of us and we felt very comfortable. Ingeborg has turned on the stove before our arrival so that it is warm. The best way to enter your address is to be sent to the navigation device by message. From her, it goes a bit further to the accommodation. She showed us the way

We had a very nice stay. Large and plenty of room in the living room where there was also a large dining room. Fantastic view of Trondheim city center, nice walk to the fortress and very close to the city center. We could relax in the house and have a short way to restaurants, nightlife venues, shops and sights. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 4 weeks at Anders and Ingeborg's place. The house is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, including sea view. It is very worth coming here in winter. The road is cleared and so it is quite possible to come to the house. We had snow chains (two-wheel drive) with us as it made us feel more comfortable. For problems and questions, Ingeborg and Anders are directly available + very helpful. Both are incredibly friendly and we felt right at home. When we didn't dare to go to the supermarket because of 30 cm of fresh snow (it was cleared, but after that still 10 cm of snow), Anders and Ingeborg invited us to himself and provided us with food - this is just one of many examples of how great hosts the two are. We always had a warm fire in the fireplace, saw deer right by the house, heard owls + took beautiful hikes, also to the hut on the lake. We will be back!

It is like being hosted by friends. Very pleasant and convenient accommodation, easily accessible from the center by bus (line 1 passes nearby). Very responsive hosts. A real pleasure to stay.

We were very comfortable , the house is very beautiful and has all the details you could need The situation is very good, close to trondheim. The only thing we have missed are free closets in the rooms to keep the roopa

Great house with plenty of room! Ivar was nice and flexible with our needs. If anything is to be commented, the kitchen could be somewhat better equipped, according to the number of glasses, plates, etc. Happy to rent the house again :-)

Anders welcomed us very well and we had a great stay. Flexible and easy check-in worked really well! Quiet area with a short distance to most things in Trondheim. We'd love to visit when we're in town next time we're in town☺️

Otto responded very quickly to all inquiries. Was really on hand all the time. The house was in a great location. It was quiet and calm area, good with parking and very close to the city. We were all very happy with our stay and it can definitely be recommended to others. Kind regards, Hanne
