Very recommended for reunion or family gathering. From the check in until check out everything was smooth. The house are so clean just like in the picture. The kids love the pool and the jacuzzi. They equipped with everything we needed esp for cooking stuff and the cookware. The parking are spacious can fit 5-6 cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay in here. For sure will repeat soon. Note: only one bathroom got water heater.

Very suitable for family gatherings, the pool is very clean, the singing system is also good👍, the room design is also in line with the family with small bb, overall worthy of a small place👍👍

Stay 1 night in Melaka for visiting friend who is sick and this homestay provided the most nearest, comfy and cleanliness upon staying. The house is superb and fantastic, no problem arise once checked in.Host was very responsive and friendly too. very responsive and helpful

host is responsive and very helpfull. house is clean and fragrance. however there is some point that i think the host have to improve: 1) bedsheet/blanket still have a little stain- still acceptable. 2) towel have stain also- request host to change and they did. 3) no toilet roll, inadequete tissue and kitchen towel. 4) only have 1 dustbin- should provide at least 1 more in the toilet. the house is comfy and lively. tq host 👍

Good location and good price for what was provided, would be good if slippers were provided as well, but not a necessity. We enjoyed the pool table and video games.

Best stay thus far! It’s really cosy and nice. Really like the living area, as every piece of furniture seems to be well thought out before placement. Kudos to that! Other than finding the pillow a little too high for comfort, missing a cooking pan as I planned to toast my bread a little but couldn’t find one. Everything else is good!

Such a lovely stay for Malacca trip. The place was so so sooo clean, nice deco and very cozy!! Everything's complete, no minus point. Super nice and responsive host. Have convenience store at level 6 which super convenient to buy some snacks. Got a nice view from the room. At night, we got to see the live show at encore just from the homestay room. We love every single thing about this place!! 100 percent recommended.

This property is beautiful and as pictured. Was well supplied for our long stay and although far away from the busy areas it was a peaceful and quiet stay after crazy Penang. We loved how clean and pristine everything was.

We had a wonderful stay at Victor’s apartment in Melaka. The apartment was beautifully maintained clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The clear instructions made check-in and navigating the space effortless. One of the highlights was the amazing children’s play area and pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable, especially for families. The facilities were well kept, and it was a great place to relax and unwind. Victor was an excellent host responsive, and helpful. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melaka!

The room is in the resort area, the facilities are good, it is very windy by the sea, the room does not have a washing machine.The location is very convenient for eating behind the big mall.It is also very convenient to take a taxi, recommended!
