Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mekong River

What a beautiful and relaxing place. Our 2nd floor room offered everything we wanted: comfortable bed, hot water with good pressure, a well stocked and functional kitchen, and plenty of room for our belongings. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The yard and pool are standout features as the grounds are lush, green, and well taken care of. The pool is really clean and so refreshing during the hot afternoons. Peaceful and tranquil. Restaurants, coffee shops, night markets close by. Cheata rented us a scooter and we also walked . Angkor Wat easily accessible by a Grab. Cheata and her staff are very communicative, helpful, friendly. The property is nicer than the pictures. Great value and highly recommend.

Although out of the old quarter it was easy to get a grab into the city. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need including a washer/dryer with detergent. Loved the view from the room.

Had a lovely time here. We thought the house was so beautiful and worth a visit. Looked exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very nice. The only negative was there was some construction nearby so it was a little bit loud in the mornings, but this isn’t their fault. We would recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back!

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed in. A lovely design, a great location, and a fantastic price. And there are pet turtles! That's just awesome. The space is down an alley with a trendy 24-hour cafe. It's a little bit out of the way from major attractions, but I got a Grab pickup near the main road whenever I was traveling around.

Wonderful experience!! this is our second time staying at this Airbnb. The staff are really nice and accommodating. They can also arrange the traveling and plan for you. Breakfasts and the airport pick up transportation are included. Can’t wait to come back again this year!! 🙏🏻🤍🇹🇭

Really love the homestay and it’s clean nice. Love the owner, they really provide us equipment when we forget some of our things, example like our international charger. So it will be a 5 star frm me Will definitely book back again.

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

This place is a true gem! It harkens to the roots of Airbnb, before hotels and hostels started posting because it is a true, authentic homestay experience. The hosts pay attention to detail and take excellent care of you, providing a local experience paired with modern comforts. It is a bit off the beaten path which provides serenity, just make sure you have transportation and food plans. They will also prepare a meal for you which I highly recommend!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Jae was extremely helpful from the moment I made my booking! He was replying immediately and let me check in 5hours earlier. It was last minute booking and I had some issues with my luggage not arriving to the airport. Jae kindly spoke with people from the airport and picked up the suitcase for me. Really friendly person and extremely helpful. Highly recommending this stay!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Thao was a super host to us for sure. She was always responsive, accommodating, and super helpful with all the questions I've had during my stay. The place was clean, tidy and close to District 1 and look like the pictures and matched all the descriptions. I highly recommend staying here.

I was thoroughly impressed with The Orient Resort and Spa! Compared to the Yensabai Condotel, the Orient is a great upgrade. The hotel is a bit far from Walking Street but I was able to explain other parts of Pattaya.
