Vacation rentals in Mejing Lor

I love this place. I stayed here for four nights to escape the central Yogya crowds. The view is pure, lush greenery with serene rice fields stretching out. The sounds are uniquely rural Javanese, from geckos and gamelan to prayers from the mosques. It’s a different world, just 20 minutes from the city centre, and all within reach. Food is readily available and delicious. The staff is polite and attentive. In my case, they stayed behind and let me enjoy peace and harmony in the blend of nature and culture. Thanks, I’ll be back!

It was pure heaven staying in this lovely Villa! We ordered all meals with a bell and ate by the private pool. The restaurant was steps away, staff , there for your beck and call! . Perfect service. We would definitely stay again!!!

The villa is nicer than the photos, quite spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Gallon water is provided. Every bedroom is equipped with a bathroom. The pool is only enough to take a dip, beautify the villa. Direct terrace view of the rice field. Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was very nimble and helpful. Every morning was brought breakfast at the hour we asked for. The toa at a certain hour was a bit loud. But still tolerable.

recommendations for those seeking tranquility

This is a gem! The way they design the house is amazing make it feels so spacious and lots of air coming into the house. I even want to buy the house! haha. One feedback, the shower in the main room is a bit not flexible to adjust (too old) and it was smelly when we entered. Will definitely come back! :)

My stay at Villa Verde was absolutely amazing! The private pool was perfect, and every detail was well thought out. The villa was equipped with a TV featuring Netflix and YouTube, which made relaxing even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring maximum comfort. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They regularly checked if I needed anything and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Fresh water and a selection of coffee were thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. If I ever return to Yogyakarta, I will definitely choose Villa Verde again. The little details, like branded mugs and gifts for guests, were the cherry on top of an already perfect experience.
