Bill and Amy's place out on Sunset Cove was an absolute gem! Tucked away in nature's embrace, this cozy haven offered peace, comfort, and the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. From great views and thoughtful details, every moment was a enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a convenient getaway!

Great host, unfortunately wasn't able to extent out like we hope do to misunderstanding, but he was a great host and made some accommodations for us here working. Over all will look forward to renting out the place for future jobs. thanks again, Logan.

Beautiful place. Perfect for our family. Traveling with an eight month old, she was downstairs with her parents and we were upstairs. Never heard a peep. The Hostess was so thoughtful. We hope to plan another visit in the future. Hopefully during the summer months to take advantage of the beautiful lake.

House views are impeccable!! Lots of room.

The house is one level with easy access to dock and firepit on grounds. Relaxing deck in back with gorgeous water views, and a huge screened in porch in front. We loved fishing right from the shore! Excellent streaming from multiple TVs. Wifi never failed... We enjoyed the Spring City Park with a well maintained dog park and paved walking paths. And we hiked the Cumberland Trails, all close by. Kitchen was well appointed with a drip coffeemaker AND a Keurig coffeemaker. Bring your groceries and then relax! We can't wait to come back! 5 stars 🌟

Absolutely lovely location. The house is great, maybe a touch disorganized, but I'm also a little OCD. Johnna was lovely, very responsive and friendly and the house really did work great for our Thanksgiving get together! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and it was the perfect place to visit family for the holiday. The home is beautiful, with amazing water views for watching wildlife and enjoying stunning sunsets. Our children loved the “bunk” room and declared it the coolest place ever. Wonderful visit and can’t wait to book again for a summer trip!

Amazing place! Beautifully decorated and extra touches like fall decorations made it so cozy and welcoming. It was perfect for our girls weekend. The river was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed a full day in Blue Ridge and a perfect ending to our evening was a dinner on the beautiful deck and fire by the river!

The place is in a quiet area. Everything is as described in the listing. Host is very responsive and helpful for any questions. One minor issue is about the water heater. It’s not as hot as expected, maybe due to the freezing cold water outside. We had to take turns for shower. Everything else is fine. Feel like home and want to stay there longer.

It was a beautiful place! Lots of things to do at the lake and a campfire available. Good WiFi and awesome list of things and recommendations on the fridge. Was an adorable place with a nice view and close to town! Will definitely be back:)

Stephanie and Scott’s place was amazing! We stayed with family for a 50th birthday over Thanksgiving, and their house was very accommodating! We loved the privacy and spectacular view, and we spent lots of time in front of the cozy fireplace. The hosts were very responsive and promptly addressed any issues. We would definitely recommend this home!

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!
