We love the Apt and the location. All clean and nicely decorated. We found everything we need, from dryer to iron. We would be back for sure.

Fábio is a caring, polite, and present host. The apartment is cozy, clean, well decorated and the bedding as well as the bath towels, are worthy of a 4-star hotel. The only detail I mentioned to him is the noise that the air-conditioning makes in the kitchen, when it is turned on in the bedrooms, and the issue of sanitizing them. He heard my review and seemed interested in checking the situation. I will refer you and will return if there are availability of dates.

The space matches the description and the atmosphere is super pleasant. The apartment is cozy and the decoration is beautiful. We had a mishap with the control of the gate and Bruna quickly resolved. I loved the stay.

We had a great time. The place is as shown in the pictures,it's beautiful and comfortable. You have a lot of things to do and enjoy yourself . Both Marcela and Carlos and those in charge of the Resort are always ready so that our stay is excellent. It will definitely be our vacation spot again next year. Highly recommended!!!

The space is wonderful! It had everything we needed for a perfect stay! The extremely well-equipped kitchen, the cozy and airy rooms. The balcony is super cosy and with plenty of privacy, it has a perfect hammock for rest and comfortable chairs. Around the house there is a lawn that conquered our dog. Great barbecue! Very clean, safe and organized condo! Excellent swimming pool with restaurant that even serves on the beach and delivery in the apartment. The beach is very close and is amazing, with calm and crystal clear waters!! We'll be back for sure!

You will find a very nice house close to one of the most familiar beaches in the north of the island of Florianopolis.

Great stay, Ramon I highly requested, great neighborhood, close to everything! Unique detail is the shower that the water does not come out strong, but Ramon explained and we understand perfectly.

The house of the hostess is exactly that of the listing, a cute thing, everything we needed was available including chairs and parasol, even beach toy for my children. My husband had to hold an online meeting and the Internet met perfectly. The condominium is safe all well cared for. The staff very helpful check in was quiet. As for the location is one block from the beach but you need to walk little to have access to it, which has not stopped us at all. As we went out of the season we had almost private access to all the spaces even on the beach. The sunset is beautiful. Restaurant, pharmacy, market for walking. Perfectly served my family one couple and two kids.

Rita's place corresponds to the listing. Bed linen and towels were clean and smelly. She served us with agility when we need it. The network, the mini gym and the bicycles were a differential. The beach is very good, there is a large market very close by, restaurant, bakery and pharmacy. The covered garage fits a sedan car and the one outside a ratch car, gave it to us.
