Vacation rentals with lake access in Mecosta County

We held a small group family retreat here with several new little ones in tow, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was incredibly accommodating for children and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. Troy was quick to respond to any questions we had and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway!

Definitely would love to stay again, hopefully with better weather. We live nearby but got the place while my in-laws were in town since they are allergic to our cats. Kids loved the lego table and pacman game.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday as our family lives right across the street. The property could not have been more accommodating with location and was supplied with everything we needed. The host Kristi was great to work with!! We would definitely recommend and we will certainly be staying again in the future.

What a great place for getting away! The house is first-class with brand new upgrades inside. And the grounds are landscaped beyond belief. The home even comes with a private dock for gazing at the pair of swans as they glide by. It's a little mini-mansion of a gem.

It is a beautiful air b and b and the view is gorgeous! It fit 12 of us perfectly and we had such a great time celebrating a friend. Zachary is a great host! I highly recommend staying here:).

Long weekend away This is our second stay and we loved it! This time we brought our fur babies and they loved it too. It’s a peaceful and serene area. House is very well stocked in case you may forget something.

Mykala’s place was absolutely beautiful. The home had everything that we needed and then some. I loved the secluded area. My family and I felt very, very safe. We thoroughly enjoyed the nature and seeing the beautiful animals. There were ladybugs within the home, but that is understandable when you are out in a rural area. Mykala communicated very well with us and I did the same. The Airbnb felt like home away from home. We were able to take morning walks, enjoy family meals within the beautiful kitchen, play family games at the beautiful dining table and have amazing movie times within the beautiful living room. I would also like to point out that the beds were the most comfortable and cleanest beds I have ever been in outside of my own bed at home. The baseboards to the linen sheets were spotless. We will definitely be back!

My kids & I made a last minute decision to go on one last adventure before summer ends and when I opened up my airbnb app this rental popped right up. It was in my price range and coincidentally available the days we were planning to travel out that way! It was meant to be! This rental has everything you need and then some! There was plenty of room for all 4 of us, the location couldn’t have been better, and the owners were so kind and helpful and responsive to my messages. The kitchen has everything you could need, the bathroom & shower are amazing, the open flow to the entire unit was perfect! It looks exactly like the photos, yet the photos don’t do it justice! We will be back next year as long as the owners will still have us!! 😊 THANK YOU!!!

Amy and Kevin’s place is a perfect place for all groups of people whether you are a family or a couple, this quiet and peaceful cottage is an excellent and idyllic getaway for all.

This was at least my third if not fourth time staying there. Nice clean place. Chris is a great host and is very responsive when I’ve had questions. I’ll be back again.

Stayed at the cottage for 2 months in the middle of winter. Was very comfortable and got to meet my host when she came to drop off extra supplies and TV’s. We are a group of 3 disabled Vets and 2 emotional support animals moving across the country and Missy made us feel welcome and at home. She had great communication pre-booking too when I checked to ensure her place met our needs. Beautiful views of the lake from the kitchen. Spent time watching the locals ice fishing. Friendly but not intrusive neighbors too. Ran into some while taking out the trash. We had a great stay and would definitely book this cottage again.

Terra place was nice with a nice lake. I enjoyec the peace and the lake. she had kayas and a paddle boat the kids really enjoyed the lake.

Wonderful little cabin on Chippewa Lake. The accommodations were great. The lake view and sunsets were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The Airbnb was solid. The location was convenient, and the place was clean and functional. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, a good stay.
