Cottage vacation rentals in Meaford

Christine & Rebecca are amazing hosts. Our group experienced some freezing rain during our stay which caused power outage. They were very communicative and considerate with our issues, offering a partial refund. Not only did they communicate well, but even after checkout, they were willing to help support our case to get a refund with Airbnb fees. For the cottage itself, it checked all of our boxes: lakefront view; pool table; hot tub; a private area (there were some neighbours but pretty far away); and plenty of beds that almost everyone in the group had their own to sleep on. I think the pictures don't do justice. The rooms in cottage are larger than what the pictures make it out to be. The hot tub was nice and warm. I can only imagine how fun the place would be in the Spring and Summer with the kayaks. This cottage is cozy and has "summer camp" vibes; this is perfect if that's what your after. I highly recommend booking here!

My sister did a last min booking an hour before we arrived and Jess was super accommodating! everything was lovely and it was exactly what we needed for a little wellness getaway! we even extended our stay another night because we were soo relaxed and happy with the place and location! I highly reccomend staying here.

Had an amazing quiet isolated getaway with my family. We had everything we needed. Beautiful spacious place, games, tv with Netflix and Disney ect ( so handy for the kids) hot tub and sauna. amazing place and amazing host. Was always just a txt away.

We had an amazing time in Bala for March Break! This was our first visit to Bala, but our fourth year booking an Airbnb with our best friends, trying out a different space each year. The house was perfect for our group of four adults and four kids, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a day of fun. We all loved the pool table and foosball table—plenty of friendly competition! The quaint, walkable streets made it easy to explore the local shops and cafes. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

Perfect for our family getaway. With 13 people ages 3-71 we appreciated the large areas to gather and smaller corners to get a little quiet when needed. Lots of amenities for various ages on the property as well as in the area. Clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks for being a great host Jakub

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cottage for the weekend! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had everything we needed. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host was thoughtful and communicative, making sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to return!

The stay was very safe and cozy. The well-cleaned and maintained building created a great atmosphere. It is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Anthony's responses were very quick and straightforward, making everything go smoothly. I asked for an hour early check-in, and it was approved. I will definitely come back again later.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan Cottage! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It came fully equipped with lots of appliances, making everything super convenient. The access to the property was smooth, and communication with the host was always prompt and helpful. We especially loved the newly rebuilt outdoor areas near the lake—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The cottage itself is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. A great retreat for a New Year’s nest. Loved the hot tub in the snow - and the bunkie! Very relaxing, comfortable. You should organize your food supply carefully though as it would take about 2 hours (40 min to Foodland, 40 min back and 20 min shopping). We were fine as we had brought lots of food with us. Also, the walls between the two bedrooms are very thin, so if you have a snorer….Otherwise, a wonderful property!!

We really loved our stay here. We have a 6 and 2 year old and this cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us. I like that it’s all one level, and floors are a clean hardwood. The road in front of the cottage is so quiet and feels private. A great place to kick the ball around and jump in puddles. Hot tub and games room made this place extra special. Would love to come visit in the summer, and enjoy the beach type amenities that are just a short walk away.

Had a great, last-minute wintry stay at Jill’s. The fireplace kept everyone cozy, and there was lots for our kiddo to keep occupied.

10/5 stars. no way I could say enough about Ediz's place. Everything was explained in good detail. The place was spotless. The hot tub was perfect. Someone came around to clear the snow. The kitchen was well stocked and even had the amenities you need to cook a proper meal. No detail was overlooked. And our comfort was a priority. Our time there was peaceful and comfortable. Thank you so much Ediz. We hope to return!!

Great experience. Jeff was proactive and made sure we are all comfortable during the bad weather. The location is perfect and lots to do around. Absolutely loved the stay and a great get away. Looking forward to visit during the summer.

We had an amazing stay! It was our second time staying and everything was perfect. It’s a cozy cottage with an at-home feel. Set the pilot light in the gas fireplace for us and let me know in advance, and offered to come pick up chairs after a windstorm the night before our stay. Very lovely host with a very speedy response time and a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed! We had lots of snow during our visit, and loved getting to enjoy the peaceful and private property. We even dug out the campfire pit for a winter fire! Even with all the snow, we were warm and comfortable, with the portable heater coming in handy to warm up after trekking through the snow! Jaclyn was so thoughtful and helpful as a host! We were very well taken care of! I would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing, peaceful, and cozy getaway surrounded by nature!

Our family had an enjoyable Thanksgiving weekend at Carol's property. The cabin was cozy and charming, the bunkie was super cute and the deck and fire pit were amazing spots to hang out at. It's a short walk to the water and a convenience store/lcbo. Our only issue was that we didn't stay long enough!

Our family had a fantastic vacation at Paula and Chris’s cottage on Lake Eugenia. This beautifully rustic and well-loved cottage is perfectly equipped for guests of all ages and interests. Although the weather started off cold and rainy, and not good for swimming at first, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby Bruce Trails, just a short 5-10 minute drive away, where we enjoyed spectacular views. Back at the cottage, the fire pit made our evenings cozy and memorable, and the hot tub was an amazing bonus while we waited for the weather to improve. Once the sun came out, the kids couldn’t wait to jump into the lake, and they had an absolute blast! The Lily pad was amazing- hours and hours of uninterrupted fun. Lake Eugenia is a stunning spot perfect for swimming and just the right size for exploring by canoe or kayak. A big thank you to Chris and Paula for being such wonderful hosts!

My sister and I had a wonderful week! The cabin is clean, well-appointed and surprisingly close to the beach. Labour Day Weekend was busy but everyone was friendly and respectful, and everyone abided by the the 11pm quiet rule. This cabin is ideally located. It is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the Sauble Beach strip and the town of Sauble Beach is a great take-off point for a wide variety of day trips, shops and restaurants in Southhampton, Port Elgin, Owen Sound, Tobermory. The sunsets and the gorgeous blue-green water will knock you out. If you have any beach-bum in you, this is the place for you.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a huge hit for both daytime and evening relaxation. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a great stay. I would recommend this place and would love to come back again.
