It was a real pleasure to find such a peaceful and perfect place for a family with very small children. Henri has been an exemplary host, present in every detail to make sure everything goes smoothly. The kids found a dream space, with swing, trampoline, soccer cages, basketball baskets, and so on. They let off the steam and didn't want to come in😁. This stay will remain one of the best Airbnb experiences especially for a family.

We had a great stay, with direct access to the forest, the lake is within walking distance, with many hiking trails. The accommodation was impeccable and very well-equipped .

We had a totally magical three nights at this wonderful place. Nestled amongst woodland with nothing but the sound of birds to enjoy, this haven is a unique and special place to stay. We felt incredibly lucky to have found it and to have had the privilege to stay here. We greatly enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen with views of the trees and playing scrabble by the magnificent fireplace during the cosy, cooler evenings. Our lucky dog had the run of the house and land and couldn’t have been happier. So much history, style and beauty - we will be back for sure! Thank you, Cyril for sharing your place with us. Thanks to Joël for hosting us! The accommodation is as advertised in the photos and the garden is great! A big plus for the pool for young and old alike! The added bonus: the house stays cool even in very hot weather! I highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying with the family at this large house. The kitchen and living area are suitable for 8 people. The house is true to the photos and descriptions. The space to park cars is nice. The bedding is comfortable, the house clean. Everything necessary is present (cleaning, dishes, bedding, towels). Clémence was very responsive to our requests (recommendations nearby, heating adjustment) and very welcoming.

Lovely stay at a renovated historical location. The garden is big, with a swimming pool, the appartment has all the modern equipment you need and there is a great room with all kinds of stuff for kids to play with. Great place to stay for families with young adults.

Second stay in this beautiful country house, pleasant and very well located, just a short walk to Sablé. The bucolic environment is still peaceful. Comfortable and practical, there are all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay.

We were several families with children. The Property is ideal for a group of 21 people. Amenities and dishes are intended for a large group . Daniel is very nice and responsive. There are pleasant walks to do around .

We had a great time with friends at Tiphaine's, the house offers many amenities and the living environment is extremely peaceful and conducive to reunions, especially thanks to the garden and its swimming pool as well as the many possible activities around Chailland. Tiphaine was very responsive to messages and gave us a very good welcome despite our arrival with fanfare. She was very attentive as soon as we had a problem. Thank you for everything, we will come back without hesitation!

Very quiet and pleasant accommodation and location!! Frankly beautiful gem for recharging and next to many shops! However, we had no contact by message with the host who unfortunately never responded to our messages! So if there are any problems, it can be complicated!! But otherwise it's really a gem. 😇

Very good stay, no possibility to come earlier but at the time of departure 30 additional minutes were possible. The recommended restaurant in Neau was very good. Peaceful place and comfortable sofa to take the time to settle in.
