Great accommodation, very well equipped for a quiet stay. Proximity to the forest is a plus if you like outdoor activities.

We immediately felt good in this comfortable, bright, warm, quiet and well equipped house. In addition, the environment is pleasant: the countryside with shops and the train station within walking distance. And cherry on the cake: our hosts were attentive and friendly. We didn't miss a thing.

Very easy check in, beautiful property out the manic city atmosphere but close enough for quick travel between the two. Very clean and very homely.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

Very nice and functional house, clean and tidy with a beautiful decoration of very good taste. Bedding very well also, we stayed there with our 2 children, we were able to visit the capital by taking the RER C at Saint Geneviève train station in 40 min. I recommend it.

The villa is very luxurious, all the rooms were impeccable and original worthy of its name. I highly recommend, great for celebrating an event and dazzling every guest. I thank the host who was kind and very flexible with our requests. It made it easy for us to plan and made it easy for us to prepare. For a future event we will without hesitation choose this very cozy place.

Excellent family weekend with activities in the house itself swimming pool jacuzzi sauna. Very nice even in winter and despite the bad weather. I recommend it.

A nice stay with large garden and nice pool. Catherine is incredibly welcoming and nice. We were here with our daughter of 1 and also for her things were well arranged such as a baby cot and a high chair. Very nice! You can walk to the village to get fresh bread every day. There are many nice places to visit in the surroundings, including Paris of course. We had a great time!

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

The listing is exactly as described in the listing. Even if the bed is very comfortable, it's true that the clic-clac is less so. The apartment completely suited us for the night before taking our flight. We had booked parking around the airport where we should have left our car during our vacation. However, in the morning before going there, we are taught that our reservation was simply canceled for lack of space! We had seen in the comments that Carmelo was offering a parking space and, at 6am, he came out of a moment of stress: he actually offered us a babysitting for our vehicle and took us to the airport. He gave us some helpful instructions and we flew in. We sincerely thank him for saving our trip.

We had a great time at Rebecca's place, the place was very welcoming, tidy and clean! Check-in was flexible and check-in instructions were clear. We only spent one night but I was touched by the attention for the recommendations nearby. I highly recommend it!

Very good welcome by Emilie who had sent us beforehand a lot of places to discover and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and very well heated, which was very nice as it was a cold duck in Paris. It is located in a secure residence on the 7th floor with an elevator and close to the Porte de Clignancourt station terminal. We are very happy with our Parisian stay and thank Emilie.

We stayed at the property for a week with our little dog and highly recommend it. Perfect to get down, enjoy peace and quiet and take walks in the forest. Mari was very nice and even decorated the place for us comfortably. We also did day trips to Paris and had the perfect combination of tranquility and sightseeing. Absolutely heartfelt recommendation!

Charming duplex, as described and expected, located in a quiet area and close to everything. A friendly and simple host first, facilitator in everything to make the stay pleasant and practical.

Hela and her gentleman are very welcoming hosts, they also have two very cute and lively daughters, and a beautiful kitty.They live in the basement of the property, but the space is completely separate and does not affect the living space, and because of the proximity, any need, they can go immediately to help, this trip to Paris, they gave us a lot of help and made us feel at ease.The house is spacious and comfortable, with a total of four rooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, front garden, back garden.The kitchen is fully equipped and nice for us to cook by ourselves who are not used to European food.The street side free car space was good to find, and the community was peaceful and safe and good (the vigilance was our biggest concern, scared that the car window was broken, and finally confirmed that there was no problem, it was very safe).7 of us stayed for 9 nights and everything was very nice!The property is not in the center of the city, but there is a train that goes directly to the station near Lafayette, which is about 20 minutes away, and the location is convenient, whether it's a self-driving or a ride.We would still stay here again if we come back to Paris.The only small drawback is that the water in the bath on the second floor is a little small, but we went in the winter, the whole house is very warm, and it doesn't feel cold, just need to be washed for a long time, or everyone is in the first floor bathroom.All in all, this home is great, reasonably priced, safe and comfortable, spacious, easy parking, and a place to stay with a family or group of friends to enjoy a happy trip to Paris.

Basilio is a responsive and available host..we had a small problem with the washing machine and he immediately found a solution...our dog was also welcome..we recommend this accommodation without hesitation
