This quiet and private 1 Bedroom unit is a part of villa.but independent with its own separate entrance. consist of a bedroom ,a modern bathroom,a big livingroom & a balcony(kitchnette,there are oven,microwave,electric coker,rice cooker,induction cooker).The villa is located in the peaceful leafy garden of 5000 m2 lifestyle/farmland blocks, away from hassle of the busy towns, but only 5 min to Botany shopping centre. 19 km away from the airport. You live in the farm but just feel in city.

Had a great stay! The place had a beautiful view of the ocean and was surrounded by peaceful forestry, super relaxing. The spa pool was a highlight, really cozy and perfect to wind down in. There were also great hiking trails within walking distance, which made exploring the area even better.

The house was great, awesome location, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and local cafe, all amenities were provided, spa was a nice bonus. The whole family enjoyed there stay, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, Kane was responsive on the only query we had which was how to use the tv downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful home! Had the best time with my family. Very well catered! House is spotless. Easy check-in! Sandy is such a great host! Rooms are big and comfortable. Enough space for a big family. Beautiful views from home, nice local restaurants & morning walks down to the beach too. Highly recommended. Definitely will be staying here on my next family trip! Thanks again Sandy!!!!!

Great place to stay , Great views can walk to beach . Nice eatery by beach . Bus Stop close by can catch going to all places very handy n cheap way to go around . Taxis are super expensive. Loved the spa in the room . Clean bed linen’s and bathroom was very clean too . Allowed late 1 hour checkout which was very helpful more time on island to relax and not rush in morning to leave the place . Chilliux the host was responsive when I texted for 1/2 hour extra but he allowed another 1/2 hour . So thank you . Definitely booking same place again

We’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs around the world over the past years and by far, Rosie’s place was the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful, spacious, clean, and relaxing home. We have a family of four, with two young kids and they were completely happy. We were able to have movie nights, explore all the amazing sights around the area, and even have them complete their homework in the evenings. There’s a nice beach within a 3 minute walk and numerous restaurants within the same walking time-frame. Rosie was very responsive, provided numerous amenities, and offered flexible check-in/out times. If you want a true, authentic feel of what it’s like to live in the Auckland area, Rosie’s place is the place for you.
