Vacation rentals with lake access in Mauguio

We spent a few days at Gregory's with the family and we enjoyed his house very much, very nice, close to everything with quality bedding. Nothing to say about communication, Gregory is also very accommodating on schedules. I would recommend it in a second.

A little out of the city but very close, this little haven was up to the sought-after rest (but it's December, I might not say the same in summer!?) Well placed house with a view of the water. 3 well arranged floors. Very nice bottle of welcome! Perfect for a quiet break, especially since the house heats up quickly. Perfect and well explained self check-in (same for checkout). Very friendly and welcoming environment. I can't wait to come back.

Very pleasant stay, the house is functional and well decorated, the setting is peaceful and charming. Very well located in relation to the city of Aigues Mortes. Nice host and good advice.

Exceptional home in idyllic surroundings. Ponds and Canal du Rhone in Sète as a sumptuous daily decor. What a paradise 🥰 The canalside terrace is amazing in peace. A second terrace at the back is present with a barbecue. Private parking in front of the property. Very safe place. The house is large, clean and comfortable. Communication with Gregory was perfect and friendly. An atypical and quality Airbnb to highly recommend. Thank you so much for the thoughtful attention we left upon arrival. My partner and I had a great stay in this beautiful home. Great outdoor space that allowed our dog to have a great vacation too. The house is tastefully decorated, reminiscent of the history of the property while being modern in the kitchen / bathroom areas. Congrats. Special mention for the welcome and kindness of Christine who was at the top.:) We would highly recommend it.

Perfect accommodation from every point of view: the calm, the magnificent view, functional accommodation with everything you need in it and very clean. Peaceful environment and very good restaurants 10 m away and the choice. Possibility also to use 2 sunbeds and 2 bikes. Really nice. very nice owners, helpful, very accommodating on schedules and very responsive. the 5/5 rating is well deserved. we had never been to a home with a 5/5, but we confirm it to a great extent. we recommend For sure, we'll be back

The holiday was successful, we walked many km to explore everything, the harbor areas, the beaches and from time to time the market ! The restaurants with their fish offerings are just good ! It is a vacation that asks a lot!

very nice stay in a beautiful and peaceful setting

this accommodation is very well located in a beautiful quiet environment. The apartment is impeccable, spacious and tastefully decorated. The view from the terrace is splendid and Philippe and Ingrid are very welcoming . An address to remember!

The apartment is nicely located with a wonderful view of the Etang. It was clean and very generous for 2 people! We enjoyed our time here very much!

We had a pleasant stay in this small world apart from the short tip. We particularly enjoyed the welcome and the boat ride on the Etang de Thau and the canals of Sète.

We booked Margaux's place to spend Christmas Eve with the family. A very warm welcome, a cozy and bright apartment and a strategic location made our quick stay a much appreciated evening. And that's not to mention the generosity of our host! This is not my first rental but this time the quality of the amenities and its host positively and pleasantly surprised us.
