Had a blast, place is amazing, view is beautiful especially during sunset and sunrise. Definitely recommend.

Cozy home in a quiet historic neighborhood. Old, as expected, but well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for the two of us and our dog. Host was proactive with instructions on entering and where things were located. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Terrie was the best host I have ever had!! She was so friendly, helpful and flexible with her communication. She even made us homemade treats for us and our dog! Definitely recommend this peaceful stay in a quiet area, 20 minutes from Fredericksburg and 20 minutes from Enchanted Rock too!

This location was absolutely perfect for a stay in Llano! Walkable, quiet, and the home was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a last minute funeral we had to attend and was glad we found this place as it was right around the corner from where are services were. They have the cutest loving neighborhood cat that comes by. I was bummed that there was not a TV but that was okay.

Everything was great. We loved our stay. We wish we would have come down earlier in the day and had more time to hangout.

Great place to relax and fish. Close enough to James River/ Llano River to go and hangout in the rapids with a short drive or boat excursion. Hosts are accommodating. Just make sure to enable WiFi calling if you’re not wanting to completely get away from it all.

This place was more than we imagined it would be! Our grandkids loved it- there were beds for all of us and plenty of room to sit at the table for meals. Endless possibilities for outdoor fun for any age. The views and peaceful property can't compare to area properties. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

We had a wonderful one-night stay in Llano with our family, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was charming, spacious, clean. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. Everything was top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We happily gave 5 stars across the board for cleanliness, accuracy, communication, check-in, and value. This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever booked. Mona was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and dining room was roomy as well as the living room. The pool was an added bonus for the kids too. There was also a detailed list of amenities. Will book if we’re visiting Mason again..

We spent wonderful 3 days at the 1873 Ranch near Fredericksburg. The house is a historical landmark, well preserved and maintained by Bill and Colleen. The accomodation was great, everything as promised and on the pictures, and the hosts relatable and nice people, available for questions and interesting conversation. We came for the 2024 Eclipse and Bill and Colleen made it possible that our Texan friends could watch the spectacle with us, thanks again for that! The landscape around the Cherry mountain is very beautiful, another highlight was when we sat on the front porch and listened to the spring rain drumming on the roof. The animals were great to watch as well. A great and truly authentic Texan experience!

This is the third year that we (my wife’s family) have stayed at Cliffside for our Christmas gathering. It has enough space for all of us (4 bedrooms plus the chapel) and it is in a quiet, beautiful location. Billy has been a wonderful host. He has always been very responsive to any questions or needs that we have had. The game room is a nice bonus as well. The house has always been clean and kitchen stocked with lot of necessities (pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc.). However, we always bring lot of our own stuff for cooking as well. We have already talked to Billy about booking again for next year.

This place is a true hidden gem, and we only regret only having the time to stay one night! Dennis and Payden are lovely hosts who were very attentive to our needs, and always responsive to our questions and inquiries. The cabin is essentially a tiny home with everything you need. Super cosy and comfy, perfect on a cold Texas winter night! The bathroom has a compost toilet, which was interesting, but we had no problems utilizing it, and we appreciate the hosts' effort in water and environment conservation. The grounds are lovely, with goats and chickens, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed exploring (watch out for prickly plants all around though, our "city dog" had to wear booties around because he's a goof and klutz.) At night, there are no lights and we were lucky enough to see a star-filled sky! We really enjoyed our stay, and only wished we had more time to explore the heritage ranch property during the day! Definitely recommend and we look forward to making our way back! Thank you!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. So peaceful and quiet, and lots of space to walk around with our dog. Loved being able to see so many stars at night. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic host and home! We originally booked another property by the host, but they had a long time renter that ended up continuing their residency during our stay. Host immediately let us know and offered their other property at a discount, and with a bit of a refund! They even installed Internet here for me as I had to work on this vacation. The cabin has a wonderful rustic, cozy atmosphere right on the Llano River and was super clean (and smelled phenomenal inside, it was a great touch)! Host was friendly and communicative during the entire experience and was very quick to respond. A really great stay with really great hosts!

It was extremely Peaceful and just what we needed. Everything was as described and my favorite kind of place. Sloan was extremely responsive and helpful and even came out at our request to help us and got us a Keurig from the other cabin to use. I would definitely stay here again

This place was a little gem! The RV is very nice and well stocked. We were able to enjoy the property and take a nice, peaceful afternoon walk without even leaving the property. We also enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and evenings. The location is conveniently located to both Fredricksburg and Enchanted Rock. I’d like to point out that this was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had at any Airbnb! Kevin was very friendly and provided us with great tips to make our stay that much better. I will say that we did go to Hilltop Cafe per his recommendation and had an absolutely horrendous experience. Please drive just a little further for much better food and service. This was in no way Kevin’s fault. It is apparently under new management. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay at the cabin. Hosts are kind and helpful. We had a great time and plan to return. Easy five stars and strongly recommended.
