Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marzamemi

This is a beautiful home in one of the prettiest towns in Sicily! Our home base for 12 nights, we enjoyed the quiet beautiful terrace and fantastic kitchen. Local shops provided excellent produce and ingredients. Lovely bakeries and gelato were just steps away. We travelled the region by bus, going to Scicli, Marina di Modica (fantastic beach), Noto and Ragusa. Regional buses are just 20 mins away and run often enough given that our stay was 'off season' in mid October. Rudia is a wonderful host, very responsive and ready to solve any problems and provide advice. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay - great for a couple, two couples or a small family. We can't wait to return to this lovely apartment in magical Modica. Thank you Rudia!

Viviana’s apartment was very comfortable and spacious and everything actually worked. We loved our stay and whilst there was some street noise, it didn’t affect us too much.

I have stayed in this airbnb for several months and it was a very pleasant time. The location is centrally located with which many facilities are within walking distance and the apartment itself is neat. Vittorio is a friendly and committed host who does his best to make everyone feel at home. It was also a very pleasant surprise that there was a public roof terrace at the apartment that was not directly mentioned on Airbnb. All with 5 stars! Recommended for anyone who wants to visit Sicily.

If location matters, you won’t find any better. Charming neighborhood, safe, close to markets & restaurants, a dream. Just go in knowing there is only one “bathroom” plusa tiny room for toilet-dink & washer/dryer. The dryer was a very special treat on our three month long trip. Heavenly! Highly recommend this adorable place. Great host, too!

We loved Luigi‘s place, it had a very warm feeling (typical decorations from Caltagirone) and was located in a sweet side street right in the city centre. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment was super clean, equipped with everything we needed and more. Luigi installed a smart tv and lighting which is also very comfortable to lay in bed at night and watch tv in the cosy atmosphere. Luigi was very responsive and recommend us a parking space very close to the Apartment, meaning we had no hassle whatsoever. Even though we only stayed one night we would have loved to stay longer! The price for what you get is extraordinary, if we visit Sicily again we will definitely come back!

This is a very stylish light apartment in an ideal location. It suited us perfectly. Recommended!

We really had a super nice experience here! On airbnb, they recommend contacting them 2/3 days in advance on WhatsApp to arrange key exchange. This was not necessary in our case, they contacted us the night before. We agreed on a time and they already gave a lot of tips on parking, restaurants and nearby attractions. Super nice! Location is top! The accommodation itself was beautiful! Very nicely decorated and very clean. The house has an automatic locking system from inside. This also gives you an extra safe feeling. We could stream to the TV and Netflix and youtube were also on it, super nice! The sofa was very good, the bed was nice, the kitchen was good! And the bathroom was also fantastic. Lovely shower!! Just keep in mind that you have to dispose of your own garbage. We were not used to this and threw it in a public trash can. I definitely recommend staying here here. It was very brief for us!

We loved our spacious accommodation and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in such a terrific location: central but quiet (in one of the best parts of Ortigia), handy to the parking and market, with a cute coffee kiosk (Viola) and Co-op supermarket only meters away. The apartment is secure, tastefully decorated and well supplied. We stayed in December but didn’t need to use the heating. Maria is a responsive and helpful host, and her son and daughter were there waiting for us to show us around and give us a hand with our bags. We were really happy staying at Muses di Apollo and can highly recommend it. Tip: don’t buy groceries from the mini market concessions as they are very expensive, whereas the Co-op has an excellent selection and is reasonably priced.

Wonderful house a stone's throw from a beautiful sea. Large indoor and outdoor spaces also suitable for large families. The house is equipped with everything beyond all expectations. Impeccable house cleanliness and order. Lucia and Biagio are always courteous and available in everything. Highly recommended!!!!!

Emma is a very nice host and the Airbnb is incredibly beautiful! We enjoyed the stylish interior, the big kitchen, the outdoor pool, the views, and the peacefulness of the location! Everything was perfect and there is nothing to mention for improvement! We will definitely come back!

Flavia's place is a true beach house, with views from the window looking directly onto the sand and a staircase leading directly onto the beach. The beach was wonderful with calm and crystal clear waters and the roof terrace was perfect for outdoor dining and absorbing the atmosphere. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Flavia's place.

Great location,in the middle of the daily market where you can buy fresh fruit, produce, fish or buy great big delicious sandwiches to eat. Also a short walk to the main shopping street and the bridge over to Syracuse. I rented 3 apartments for a family wedding, all were a good size, clean and well located..

Very cosy and cute villa, would definitely recommend. Has all the necessary things and the little touches make a difference (there was a wine bottle and some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us). You will definitely need a car to get around and be aware that the entrance to the villa is narrow so if you have a bigger car it might be a bit tricky. Overall the villa was nice and we felt at home straight away.

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous apartment in a very convenient location where you can find restaurants, cafes, and two beaches. Words cannot describe how pretty the apartment is. It's aesthetically pleasing to live there. The hosts are very friend and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. The small Airbnb is beautifullly furnished and comfortable. Everything was clean and the communication was easy. We immediately felt like home!

Elizabetta's home exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was it immaculatively clean but tastefully decorated, and what made this stay above and beyond was her incredible warmth and hospitality. What an amazing host she is!!

Not self check-in and so must meet up with Gabrielle to get 3 keys so need to have a way to communicate with him on arrival (i.e. internet/cell service). Lots of stairs, the ones up to the apartment are very old and worn down so just a warning for those that have trouble with stairs. The place is on lots of levels and so you enter in one level, stairs to get to the living room, up stairs to the bedroom and up a couple stairs for the bathroom/kitchen. Just be aware as I missed stairs a couple times because until you get used to it can be easy to not notice especially at night. No view but nice size patio. Garbage could be a lot clearer as everything gets separated but not clearly explained. Location is close to bridge to Syracuse and Market so easy in/out. Mini grocery store very close. Ortigia gets very busy during day due to Cruise Ships. Recommend, Le Vin de l'Assassin (french fusion), Sicily Fish & Chips (fried seafood), Enoteca Solaria (Wine Bar), Bianco Pepe (Pizza)

Great location - close to everything, yet far from the tourist hustle and bustle. A big plus is the patio. Very good communication with Graziela. A little lack of wifi, but I highly recommend it!

Barbara's air bnb was lovely. Comfortable bed, great kitchen with most things you need. Amazing snacks and drinks. A very clean bathroom, plenty of extras, but you need to have quick showers. Great location and Barbara was very helpful! would stay again if in Syracusa

We had a lovely stay at the Giudecca apartment. The location was excellent, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and professional, and gave us great recommendations on food. The apartment was clean, cozy and bright. We would return!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.
