Lovely place. comfortable and well appointed. well equipped kitchen. Particularly enjoyed having a hot tub and an outdoor fire in the firepit. 3 day trip from NYC during peak foliage, by way of Storm King on the way up, hiking to Kaaterskil Falls on Saturday. Very communicative hosts

This house was so nice! It’s huge and super comfortable. All the bedrooms were spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. More so than most houses. So many pots, pans, tools, baking gear, etc. So nice to cook here and the size is amazing because lots of people can be helping at once. We watched tv and sat by the fire place and it was super cozy. The house also has a ton on boardgames for the whole family. When we were there it was like a winter wonderland outside and so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was perfect for being outside but still warm. Overall, this place was awesome!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful, well-equipped house. It had everything we needed as a family, even for the little ones. The house was clean and cozy, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Our host was responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions. Loved how close the house was to restaurants!

The cabin is beautiful and spacious. The beds are comfortable with clean fresh bedding. There’s lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furniture. Everything you need is there. It’s a relaxing place to escape and unwind. Danielle and Ely were quick to respond to my texts. My family will definitely be coming back!!

This was our second time staying here and yet again we had a magical time in this incredible setting. My family feels cozy and at home here, it has everything we need. The hot tub and the fireplace are our favorite amenities. The beds are comfortable and there are extra blankets if needed. They have thought of everything. We are grateful to have such a special place to stay in the charming area of Windham!

Ray’s home offered the perfect weekend getaway for our family. The house is on a beautiful property with a lovely back yard, small bridge and my kids loved the fire pit! Ray was responsive & very friendly! We look forward to coming back again next time!

Truly a magical experience. Tammy and her team made everything seamless and extraordinary. I told Tammy I was celebrating my 1 year anniversary and she went above and beyond to make special accommodations to totally surprise my girlfriend. If you want to celebrate a special occasion, if you want a scenic and peaceful resting lodge, if you need to get away from it all for a little or a lot, then you have to stay here. We will be back!

We loved our stay! Nidhi’s cottage is in the perfect quiet location, and we loved that the yard was fenced in so our dog and child could run and play freely. The draw of the cottage is the stream, and my daughter really enjoyed her time throwing stones and setting “leaf boats” free in the water. The cottage was exactly as described - clean, beautiful window views, and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and if you’re like me and want to know the coffee situation in advance - there is a drip machine, a single cup pour over, and a French press :) Nidhi was friendly and responsive and had some great local recommendations. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit the area.

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

Robert and Sandra were so helpful in making sure we were able to get the experience we were hoping for. The cabin is beautiful and we enjoyed looking through the photos of its construction. It was clean, comfortable, and very private.

Michael was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Instructions were clear, the place was easy to find, rooms were clean, and the house is very well laid out. Cozy upstairs suites, beautiful kitchen and living room. Sat by the table and watched deer come by the property every morning over breakfast. The wood stove is easy to get going and Michael left plenty of wood both in and out of the property to get things ready for us. Downstairs is a small tv and coach, along with plenty of games, which we used while staying in and having cozy nights. The space is perfect for 2-4 people to have a weekend retreat and escape the city. We also found it perfectly situated to nearby towns (Woodstock, Phoenicia) and trails (Ashokan Rail) that were very cute and well maintained. Would happily return!

Had a fantastic fall family trip here. This was our second time staying at Gavin and Alison’s and it was even better than the first! Beautiful fall foliage, very clean home, excellent communication with the hosts. We enjoyed so many indoor and outdoor fires, played games, and the dogs loved running in the backyard. The creek is a must see! Thanks for everything, can’t wait to return!

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful peaceful quiet farm property . 15 minute drive to Cooperstown/Brewery Ommegang. Emily was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in with amazing local recommendations. We went to Origins Cafe for dinner and it was incredible. The space looks nicer than the photos and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would return in a heartbeat.

Comfortable house and large enough for our five family members. Lots of room to hang out, so ialize, eat, watch TV, etc. All equipment, appliances, toilets worked just fine. Great location! One thing I didn't read in advance was that the upstairs room access is through one of the lower floor bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for us because we were all close family members, but something to think about if it's a less traditional group.

We had a lovely stay at Rebecca’s cabin! It is a beautiful location - very private and peaceful. The wood burning stove was a particular highlight. It heated the whole house so nicely!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The open space and stunning views made it a perfect getaway for my wife, our dog, and me. We loved the peaceful seclusion while still being close to everything we needed. The pond was a lovely feature, adding to the charm of the place. Amazing yard! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We had a fantastic time at the cabin. Andres is a great communicator and was very helpful. The cabin was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the board games and the snowy garden and we found everything we needed to cook. The location is great, close to skiing and stores, but also quiet and picturesque in the woods. We would love to visit again in the future.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Fit our needs for attending a weekend wedding in the area. Appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. Hosts were very responsive when entry code didn’t work and in providing 2 missing items right away. Wish it was warm enough outside to enjoy the large deck but it was November. Enjoyed our stay.

The home was well equipped in the kitchen and appliances. It was also tastefully decorated. There was nice attention to lighting outside on the deck and throughout the home. The property is lovely and charming with bird feeders on the balcony. We loved the community pool and the grounds were well maintained. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would definitely return. The host (Katie) was very responsive to our requests.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

Rob's home is directly across the street from Cooperstown Dreams Park and was the perfect spot for us to watch our 12 year old play. I could easily run my parents home between games to cool off in the A/C. The pool was a welcome spot for several of the boys on the team and the coaches. Rob was very kind, and welcoming. A perfect stay for any family playing at Dreams Park!

We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!
