Beachfront vacation rentals in Maryland Beach

It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

Rebecca was responsive to us when we messaged her. She also was proactive about reminding us of what was available for activities and food nearby our neighborhood and check out. She was kind and glad to help.

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

We stayed 3 nights, with our two girls and their friends. Just a few steps to the beach & we enjoyed the large deck facing the street. Fully stocked with all kitchen accessories. Will add to our list to revisit!

Tom was a great host - easy to communicate with and laid back. He provided us with all the information we needed and made check in/check out a breeze. The condo was very clean, easy parking, great location, peaceful, and comfortable. It was a great deal for our group of eight.

We loved staying at John and Holly's place. The inside was very spacious and clean. Large televisions in every room, and even one outside. The view was beautiful right on the canal and it was located in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Ocean City.

This was an awesome place! We have stayed in many different condos in OCMD and this was the best one yet. PERFECT location, clean and extremely convenient to the beach and pool. Lonny was so helpful and very communicative through the entire process. I can’t wait to come back next year 😊 thank you Lonny & Gina!

A haven of peace right next to the sea. Very clean and big enough for 6 people. My boys loved the pool and the pickelball court. Finally, there are plenty of activities to do in this city and the condo is close to everything. We will come back for sure ☺️

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.

This condo was in a great location. Great space can accommodate a lot of people. You don't need to bring anything it had beach chairs and toys. Well furnished. Kendra was very responsive. Can't wait to come back and stay

Andrew could not have been a better host. He was especially responsive even when were checking in late. It was truly a great experience

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in Ocean City, MD! The 2-bedroom condo is oceanfront, and the views are breathtaking. The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and accessories provided—such a nice touch for the summer season. The condo also has a laundry room, which was super convenient for storing bags out of the way. One of my favorite things about the condo was the gorgeous natural lighting that filled the space. It created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kathryne, the host, was amazing—so kind and communicative throughout our stay. After we left, we realized my daughter had forgotten her beloved Jellycat plush toy in the condo. It was a sentimental gift, and she was heartbroken. Kathryne went above and beyond by mailing it back to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness. I 100% recommend this condo for your stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very neat and tidy. The building and community was very secure and the water view was very nice!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. It is not large, but was all we needed for our stay. The best part was definitely how helpful, communicative, and responsive Michelle and her team were. We were never left in doubt or without the information we needed.

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

We were very impressed with Kristy’s home! It’s spacious and seemed way bigger than what the pictures show. We loved the location and the fact that you are steps away from the beach—the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The house was fully stocked with whatever we needed, which was much appreciated. Kristy was also very friendly and responsive; everything was a breeze and we felt right at home. We would definitely book again!

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We ran into an issue when we first booked, and Elizabeth went out of her way to make sure it was taken care of. Then, we were delayed in getting there because of Hurricane Helene and she again made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

A beautiful beach front home. Includes so many features if weather is accommodating, such as deck furniture and bikes. The views are gorgeous!

Thanks to the amazing Hosts Sarah & Michael for making our stay a pleasant one. We had a great stay. The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The property was cozy, well-stocked, and had the perfect layout for spending time with family and friends. We also enjoyed the sunrise each morning and loved the convenience of restaurants shops and attractions. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Will stay here again! Wanda
