Our first stay here and it was great! We loved all the dog friendly features that made our stay with our pup Nala a breeze. The trails were also nice, though due to it being fall and lots of leaves on the ground it was pretty hard to follow the trails but we managed with references to the maps and signs to reassure us we were on the trails. All the different activities you can do throughout were awesome and we’d definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality Mason!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Apple Blossom Cottage. I warm and inviting. It was so relaxing and the surroundings were beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our Friendsgiving Thanksgiving stay at The Nest! The house is beautiful and so are the views! Although it was cold, we were able to take advantage of the hot tub under the stars and during a snow squall(the provided robes definitely helped!). The fire pit with stocked marshmallow sticks was perfect for making s'mores. Thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Fern Haven and we loved it just as much this time! Absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful and perfect for a post-election getaway for my besties and I. Thanks again for having us back— see you next year!

The place was fantastic! even though we were close to the trails/national park, we ended up spending most of the time on the property with our dogs. There was an insane amount of space for them to run around/enjoy themselves. The views are great, the house was clean and had everything you needed for a nice little get away. Definitely considering coming back.

We very much enjoyed our stay!! This was a great location for our Labor Day Weekend trip. It was very conveniently located near River Riders and a quick drive to the National Historical Park. The house was clean and Laura responded quickly to our messages.

My 6th year at 7 Elms and it never disappoints. The property is beautiful and relaxing. The owners are very nice and very responsive. We look forward to this trip every year.

It's a cozy little cabin, intimate, well-furnished and stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cutlery, cleaning supplies condiments and a few snack bars and popcorn. Nice fire pit area (couldn't use because a burn ban was in effect) and a wood stove with a bundle of fire wood in the holder next to the stove for our use. WiFi is easy to connect to and we were able to connect our services to the TV.

This home was perfect for my family visit for the holidays. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to town and to Grandmas house! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding, and towels, plus more than enough dishes, glassware, pots and pans to accommodate us. We had a small maintenance issue which Elizabeth had resolved within a few hours. We will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will certainly be back! My niece absolutely loved the goats, they’re probably the highlight of our trip. We also loved the books and enjoyed a few games of chess. Check-in was easy and painless. Highly recommend Base Camp and Tara as a host!

This place was our best choice even before we realized there would be a freshly-prepared, multi-course gourmet breakfast. House is as advertised, clean, and well-located. Scott and Lisa are friendly, responsive, and fantastic cooks. Enjoy!

This was the perfect little getaway. Beautiful little log cabin with wood burning stove. We finally got some rain so we just stayed inside and had a fire the entire time. We will be back for sure!

Very cozy cabin, beautiful property w a deck overlooking the woods. Can sit outside by the firepit and listen to the river, very peaceful. The town of Berkely Springs is about a 25 minute drive, great shops and breweries. Will definitely be back here!

This property was perfect for a weekend away in Harper’s Ferry. It is walking distance to many trails and the shuttle down to Historic Harper’s Ferry. The kitchen includes all the cooking items you need to prep meals at the house for large groups. It was fun to be in a historic home that can still accommodate a large group. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time and the check in process was seamless. Keith was proactive and very responsive.

The place was wonderful, private and as described. It had everything we needed, it was easy to relax with the hot tub, large deck and fire pit area. Its not too far from Cacapon state park and other local hiking trails. Would gladly come back for another stay, the host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

We had an excellent stay. Although there were only two of us (our other family members couldn't make it). It was a big house for just us-but we enjoyed it! We biked and rode around Coolfont and ate dinner at the treehouse restaurant, which was great. A nice surprise was snow flurries all day :-) The place was spotless and neat.
