This place feels like home away from home. It’s located in the middle of everything and the main highway that runs through Augusta is just around the corner. Very spacious place on the inside. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Anna’s place! The place was super cute with an awesome private backyard. Tons to do in the area. Anna was an amazing host, super responsive and provided the best local recommendations. We will definitely be back there to stay next time we are in town.

This was a very cute spot. Not big but definitely a great place to stay. The interior was staged for a comfortable stay. All details of this unit can be summed up with a congratulations to Shannon who was a very attentive host. I enjoyed my time at this apt. They definitely provided lots of extras including Shampoo and conditioner in very neat bottles.

Highly recommend! My stay at The Broad was exceptional from start to finish! A charming old home, tastefully converted into several private apartments, with a fenced-in back yard. The in-unit laundry, fully furnished kitchen, and large TV with all my favorite streaming apps made me feel right at home. Hosts Jason, Michael and Don made the experience all-the-more enjoyable. Each one checked in during my visit at The Broad, ensuring all of my needs were addressed and were very responsive! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Augusta area, this place is absolutely perfect! Do yourself the favor of visiting! 12/10!!!

Stayed here for the second time and it did the job well. I just use the place as a place to sleep while visiting family and it’s comfy. The complex is quiet and is nearby multiple commercial centers with restaurants and grocery stores.

Elizabeth was very accommodating and understanding when we had an issue with our flight and I really appreciate that. The place overall was in a great location and it was very easy to walk down the road to the restaurants on broad street. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to come back here again.

Bronnie’s home truly inspired the true spirit of Christmas. The Christmas theme and incredible decorations were beautiful. Not only was the decor stunning, but Bronnie provided us with a variety of home baked items, as well as offered a variety of snacks and a fully stocked coffee bar and water. She allowed us to check-in to the home 2 1/2 hours early, and offered the opportunity to check out later than the posted time. My wife and I were overwhelmed with the accommodations, Christmas decor, generosity, friendly and prompt communication, as well as extending herself above and and beyond what is usually expected of a host. We will definitely inquire about staying in Bronnie’s home in the future!

Hello! For those working in healthcare and looking at a place to stay for Augusta/MCG-Wellstar, this is a great place! I'm a student who stayed for a month and this is my detailed review below Pros: 1. Extremely close to MCG Well-star hospital, walkable distance or a 2 min drive to the parking lots 2. Blazing fast internet speeds for interviews, meetings, and the like 3. Extremely spacious, clean, and all private amenities, with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen 4. Paul and the Owners are extremely kind and accommodating, I ended up mistaking the check out time and they were very patient and understanding 5. Plenty of nearby fast-food options for those like to eat-out alot Cons: 1. The biggest con was likely the street, although narrow, there was still some debris left over from the recent hurricane: I imagine this to not be a problem in the coming months 2. The walls are thin, so you may occasionally hear the neighbors during sleeping hours, but this can be avoided with earplugs

Highly recommend if you are looking for a good host and a nice location.

Everything was great at this residence .I enjoyed and it made me fill like home .If I am in this area again I will return .Very quiet residential area .

We were in town for a swim meet at Augusta Aquatic center. It was the perfect location to go back and forth from and very close to stores and restaurants.

The location of this cozy condo, is perfectly located near the river and great food. Jessica was very fast at responding and even gave us some awesome tips about the local restaurants, nightlife, and running routes. Would definitely stay again.

Sam was an incredibly attentive host. The space matched the description perfectly and was spotless. I had no issues during my stay, and communication was seamless. Sam even checked in proactively to ensure everything was going well. When the oven malfunctioned, it was promptly replaced. I highly recommend this place for both short and long-term stays.

Sheila’s place is very clean and looks brand new. We were dropping our soldier off for AIT and it accommodated our family of six very well. We were looking for a place to stay last minute and Sheila was very helpful and responsive. The neighbors were really friendly and our kids enjoyed playing with several neighborhood kids outside next to the beautiful golf course.
