Very nice place, and very accommodating host. Was helpful to come show how to operate the loft ladder, and when we left something behind, Kevin volunteered to ship it to us! Great host!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and comfortable. Susan was very responsive and the unit had many nice touches to make us feel welcome. It also walkable to both parts of town. We look forward to staying here again!

Lence’s house was perfect for us while we were in town visiting with family. There were 9 of us, and the way the bedrooms were set up allowed for plenty of privacy. Everything was clean and new feeling. We have stayed in several houses in Culver over the years and this has been one of the nicest we have stayed at. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in town.

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

Great place, centrally located. 5 minute walk to Cafe Max and Main Street shops in one direction, and the Lakehouse Grille or Culver Coffee in the other, with Papa's just a couple minutes beyond that. The patio and main bedroom balcony are great for morning coffee and enjoying the view. Suzy was very responsive to messages. Will likely stay here again on the next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s Air BnB. The unit was extremely clean and easy to access. Even though it’s right next to Main Street, the outside patio was quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to dinner and town. Perfect spot for Culver parents. Will stay again

Great location for football game!

Marilyn’s place was a great place to stay for a Notre Dame home football game. In terms of location, it’s quiet and secluded yet close to the action. And Ubers in South Bend are generally cheap. The house itself is great as well. It has a number of beds to accommodate larger groups, and the house is decked out in Notre Dame decorations. There’s also plenty of parking, making parking stress free. Marilyn was also a great host. She was timely and responsive, and she had simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions. My friends and I had a great time. Would recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at this property in downtown! The location is fantastic—close to everything and just a short distance from a beautiful lake, which was perfect for relaxing walks. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, exactly as described. The host was excellent, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area!

The pictures really do not do this place justice! Clean, well appointed, and a perfect view of the lake! Walking distance to downtown Culver. Will definitely stay again!

Second time staying at one of Katie’s places. It was the perfect setup for the UVA game - clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of tailgating and the stadium. Check in and parking were also easy. Would highly recommend for a football or event weekend, especially if you want to be within walking distance of campus.

Fun stay at the Carriage House for Notre Dame Football weekend!

Great little Airbnb. Was in town for a week for work and this place was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Sharon goes above and beyond with some small little amenities stocked in the kitchen and bath. Will definitely rent again.
