Everything as described and photos. The very friendly place close to several bus departures to go to Valletta or the rest of the island. Communication with Andy is very responsive and Andy is very accommodating. Because we arrived early in the morning and left late so he kindly agreed to leave the big suitcase there. Thanks again.

This is the second time we have stayed. Great house with plenty of space for the six of us. Aaron was always on hand when we need help.

A comfortable farmhouse with modern rustic finishings. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the fireplace. It was a nice surprise to find the living area decorated for Christmas 😊

Had a great time at the villa comfortably fitted family of 7 could easily have accommodated even more. nice private location overlooking tpinu. kitchen well stocked with all the tools to cook everything we wanted. pool was lovely to chill in the height of the summer heat and Jacuzzi great to relax in the evening. plenty of seating and loungers to accommodate. whether eating in or dining out. thanks very much hope to come back again.

We loved are stay here, it was home from home. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was great and it offered lots of seating and beds with parasols. Only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants. Antoinette was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay with 10 people. Rooms where nice and clean with large living room, dining room and kitchen. Most of all loved the large and deep pool that most other places did not offer with max depth of 2,4m. We also liked the grill area that we used in the evening to make food and sit outside. Only small complaint would be the pool man being there a bit early and making noice before 8 am (might be just a light sleeper problem) and the hair dryers did not work.

I enjoyed my stay and found it relaxing. The jacuzzi on the top floor terrace is amazing and is a great place to relax. The terrace next to the main bedroom is also a nice spot. The garden was lovely. My only words of warning are that the stairs to the bedrooms and roof terrace are very steep spiral stairs. Someone with mobility problems or young children would have difficulty using them. The bathrooms were lovely and air con in the bedrooms was much welcomed.

we have a great stay in this super equipped duplex with what to feel at home. the bedding was very comfortable. and after long walks what a pleasure to relax in the heated jacuzzi pool. the house is located near shops and activities and well served by buses that take you everywhere. it is a rental that I really recommend. The apartment is beautiful, clean, with a lot of sunlight. It was very easy to communicate with Moritz and he was immediately ready to support when there was a power cut. Check-in and check-out went smooth, although it's a bit tricky with the trash, as Malta only collects certain items on certain days. But Moritz was helpful there as well and said that we could leave the plastic trash in the apartment. Overall, very nice stay - thank you Moritz! Would be happy to come back to your place!

The apartment was even better than we expected, bright and spacious. The view of Valletta and Manoel Island was amazing, especially at night. The apartment was well stocked with salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, paper towel, dish and hand soap etc. which was very nice! The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us with the ferry and the bus stops a short walk away, which made it easy to get around Malta. The only unfortunate thing for us was the elevator was not working for most of our 9 night / 10 day stay and the apartment is on the 7th floor., which was a bit challenging when carrying groceries etc, but we understand it was beyond the owner’s control and he compensated us for our trouble without us even asking. Tina, the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. She even left a nice card, bottle of sparking wine and Malta treats for us knowing it was our Anniversary. We recommend this apartment and would stay in it again.

Beautiful historic place perfect for a couple or for well acquainted friends. Close to everything and full of quirky medieval charm. Very well equiped kitchen with essentials provided. Host also left generous breakfast supplies for us. The accommodation is exactly like in the pics. I’m looking forward to returning!

Stanley was always very fast available and responded almost immediately to our questions. The appartment is quite cozy and also clean. You have to small balconies on each side of the apartment which is also very nice. It is pretty well situated in the heart of Sliema so you have plenty of opportunitites to do.

Great Location for Spinola Bay with St Julian centre short walk from the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen/lounge area were ideal. All in all great place to stay.

A lovely spot with great views, even in dodgy winter weather! The flat is spacious and well appointed, with lovely bathrooms.

The first I want to say BIG THANK YOU to Andrea - apartments just Perfect! Location is perfect to have the best holiday. You will have around where to swim, where to get sun tan, many nice restaurant to eat, to do shopping, enjoy the view. Everything in hand distance, also 2 metres and will have bus stop. Apartments by it self just 10 of 10 🤩🤩 Love Everything we had - hudge rooms, lots of space, air conditioner in each room, kitchen have more than everything, quite and private, comfortable bed in the bedroom, good smell in the rooms, and OMG what a view from terrace ❤️.... just incredible.... i could spend all my holidays only sitting in this terrace. 😃🙈😃 i can recommend this apartments to everyone, who want quality and comfortable stay. Just perfect 👍👍👍👍

Derek's home is an outstanding holiday let, one of the oldest buildings in Victoria, full of character and beautifully converted. Duncan is a great host, very helpful, responsive and proactive. when we had a problem with the gas, Duncan's parents Derek and Marian (who converted the property) came round within an hour to sort it out. It is in a beautiful part of Victoria in a maze of little lanes and old properties, very conveniently situated. We could only stay four nights but paid for five as this was the minimum, but it was still great value.

When we decided to pick Gozo we didn’t know what to expect. But the island surpassed our expectations by a lot! Such a great place to exploit both water and inland attractions - we did it all as a family and had a great time. The place we stayed at was à beautiful multi-apartment Julie’s with a terrace and a pool. Great location in a very safe neighborhood. The host was very friendly and gave us great advice. We would walk to town or drive to neighboring Victoria to get the morning coffee and groceries for breakfast, prepare and eat it at home and then go to the beach for the first time. Lots of places to swim in a beautiful clear water. Then we’d have a snack at a local place, come back home to shower and rest a bit (when the temperatures were the highest and the UV index was the biggest as well) and sometimes use the pool. In the afternoon/evening we’d go swimming in the sea again in another part of Gozo & explore. Great stay tons of memories! We miss it already! Highly recommend!

House is amazing! Great location and layout and architecture was great. Pool very cold when we went in October but hey ho!

We have just come back from a wonderful 9 nights at Marthese's place. The place was so spacious and had everything you could need and more. Marthese has taken the time to write out clear instructions for everything. The place was spotless, the beds were really comfortable and the cherry on the cake was the pool. We swam every morning, even in October! Qala has some lovely restaurants, of which we ate at two. D Bar, and Kaputa, both were really lovely. We found a little gem of a bakery, which was just a door and you turned up and paid EUR for a loaf of amazing bread! We ate at an amazing restaurant called The View in Zebbug, which was a little drive away about 25mins but it was worth it. We went in the evening and ate on the terraced but I would imagine the view in the day would be amazing. Hondoq beach is only 7 mins in the car and is such a lovely little bay with a really good beach café. We've had a lovely time and can't wait to come back soon.

Beautiful villa in peaceful and stunning location. Very comfortable with lots of space for our extended family to relax and enjoy together without feeling on top of each other . We hired a car but BOLT super easy to use too . We enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. Well equipped villa , and shopping easy at Welbees supermarket ... restaurants we recommend are The Square and one 80 ... and don't forget pastizzis from Champs ! We enjoyed trips out to the beach at Mellieha Bay, a boat trip around Comino and visiting Valletta and the Waterfront as well as Mdina and Rabat ... we hope to return another time soon .

Well maintained and clean apartment in a quiet area. Reasonably well equipped with comfortable bed and large screen TV. Lovely pool area which would be better enjoyed earlier in the year as out of direct sunlight at the time of our visit. Steps down to the ground floor apartments are long and steep that may prove challenging to some especially with heavy suitcases. For anyone visiting Gozo I would recommend hiring a car. It's cheap and the best way of getting about the island

Alison was very welcoming and arranged for our place to be ready earlier because our flight was early. The apartment is very spacious, with a large kitchen, a very large living room, a TV on which you can watch, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and a small space heater that was helpful in this rainy week of November. Alison is a very considerate host, very kind, very attentive. She had prepared in the apartment enough to make sandwiches for us when we arrived, as well as coffee, tea, fresh milk, wine and even beer! I won't be able to detail everything that was ready when we arrived, but we really appreciated this brand of attention that I had never had anywhere else. During our stay, Alison even came to offer us a pizza that she had freshly baked in her oven. The apartment is on the lower level of the house as in the photos.

We all loved staying at Karen's place. The house met expectations and especially its cleanliness. A big plus is the equipment, big pots and pans - actually for a large number of people. Karen was very helpful and kind. If we ever come back to Malta, we'd love to use Karen's house again. One of the better apartments :)
