Cindy and Ian are one of the best hosts you will ever meet. They are very friendly and very hospitable and welcoming. Great communication and are flexible to accommodate your needs. The compound is very secure and peaceful. Lawns were well maintained and looked beautiful. The house was even better than it appeared in the pictures. Great amenities with some of the best bedding. It's well equipped with the latest equipments. It felt like home. It is definitely value for money and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Cindy's place.

Emily’s place was like a home away from home. The house was perfectly located for our purposes as we had a wedding to attend in a nearby suburb. The house was well kept and looked exactly as pictured. A big thank you to Emily as well for being so accommodating when we left some items behind accidentally. The host was responsive to all our requests and we had a great time staying there.

Our stay at Franks property was something special. We took a small group of men to stay here for 2 night, before my wedding. When we first entered the place, we were instantly in awe at the size and view from the balcony. Franks property was both open, yet cozy, and a perfect private retreat. The outdoor fire pit next to the fish pond was a beautiful touch. I cannot wait to go back again

Seung’s home is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket and it’s a short drive to Westfield. Close to the freeway yet it’s on a quiet street. Saved us so much time getting to different places. Seung is also very responsive and helpful. Our family had a great stay.

Wonderful stay, we will come back.

We recently stayed at Kevin's apartment while traveling from interstate. Despite a delayed check-in, Kevin was very accommodating and helped us access the keys. However, navigating the access to apartment through parking area was somewhat challenging by ourselves. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and offered convenient access to shops and the train station, which made our stay practical. The large windows provided beautiful, unobstructed views that we absolutely loved. That said, the space felt a bit cluttered with furnishings and things. While I appreciate the effort to make it comfortable, a bit less would enhance the overall experience. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Kevin!

Billabong Falls is definitely the most unique and peaceful place we have stayed in Australia and overseas. It is surrounded by beautiful nature in Dandenong Ranges. We easily chose this place based on all the other gorgeous reviews and it did not fail to live up to our expectations. We were unsure of our exact number of guests and were very easy going and on ‘stand-by’ with additional bedding should it be required which was really reassuring. It was lovely and cool inside when we arrived on our several hot days stay as well as fresh milk, bread and fruit as well as other condiments (toast making, cooking spices/oils, tea/coffee). I also did a small wash while there which was handy for our return as we were heading away again as soon as we returned. The shops are a few short minutes away for any extra supplies and there was plenty of fridge and freezer room. Bed and pillows very comfy with lots of blanket options, and we love the top sheet in the bed make up. Lastly, the pool. We used this and loved it. Nice and clean. Thanks for chatting to us and also Albert, he is a beautiful dog, definitely worth meeting. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Lovely house with loads of living and storage space. Location was perfect for us as we were in walking distance of our son's house who we had come to visit and there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants in Eastfield shopping centre which is a less than 800m from the house. It was also convenient for Eastlands retail mall which was only around a ten minute drive away. You can get to the Yarra valley within an hour too. A good oval is just across the road, ideal for walking the dog if you have one. We plan to be back in Melbourne in late 2025 and will definitely be hoping to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the property. Nice and modern with plenty of space. Very clean with all of the amenities for a pleasant stay. It ticked all of our boxes and met all of our needs. We can highly recommend Ash’s place should you be looking to stay in this area.

This property is situated in an amazing spot close to shopping districts, such as Eastland, facilities including Aquanation and quick access to the city via Eastlink or public transport. The hosts were easily contactable and provided support when needed.
