Natalia’s home is exactly as shown. It’s a beautiful home and extremely clean and well maintained.

The previous reviews were all positive so I wasn’t surprised by how pleasant this listing was and how Dinesh goes out of his way to accommodate guests. Everything was wonderful. Both nights we enjoyed the large fireplace in the large living room, right off the large kitchen. All the spaces are large here. Plenty of room to spread out with friends or family. We were all impressed.

We had a great stay at Bryan’s house on Mill St., for a girls weekend, it’s comfortable and relaxed, with a few different spots for the 5 in our group to hang out. The kitchen is lovely, we don’t cook but you should find most of what you need. The house is beautifully appointed and has a cozy feel, perfect for our October visit. The bathrooms were nice and clean, having one shower was not a problem. The beds upstairs were comfortable, with enough room to get around. The 1st floor mattress was reported to be ‘very firm’ and the sliding doors to the bedrooms are very cool, just not great at blocking out sound, and a least one rolled open if not latched from the inside. The house is in a quiet spot, close to town, although we didn’t walk to Warren during our stay. We would definitely recommend Bryan’s place for a group and would stay again, thank you!

The Tea House is a beautiful, private and quiet location. The house is tastefully decorated, and host has thoughtfully stocked it with everything you could need (like firewood and kindling blocks for the Solo fire pit). They even had a bottle of wine from Montepuliciano, which stood out to us as we've actually been there! Courtenay was very responsive whenever we messaged her. We needed a quiet romantic weekend away in the forest, and the Tea House was perfect. We can't wait to get back!

Paula's home was the perfect weekend getaway for my family, and the only thing better than the location was the weather. We were able to enjoy the beautiful lakefront and walk around the neighborhood as well as enjoy all the sights to see in the neighboring town. The house was spacious enough to relax while also having fun and making new memories. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The lake house was exactly what we were looking for in a short weekend away. Having a direct view of the lake from the living room and deck was beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine and taking in the sunset. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the town of Greenwood Lake so it was easy to order takeout for dinner (we got pizza from 4 Brothers which we enjoyed) and coffee/breakfast in the morning. We also appreciated the recommendations from Stefan and Tais -- tried Pennings Farm Market for lunch and a flight from the Ciderie up the hill and loved the ambiance. Would also recommend a hike around Sterling Lake.

We had a great stay!! Lots of things to stay busy with the family. We had a blast zip lining, playing in the snow and visiting the creek on the property! Sarah was very responsive and extremely accommodating. A wonderful house and a wonderful host! We would definitely come back, thank you so so much Sarah!!

This is our second stay since March, and it’s just as great as we remembered. The place is pristine clean, and the location is perfect for easy access to the ski resort. We’ll definitely be back for our next ski trip!

We had a really great, comfortable stay at John’s property. The space was very clean and uncluttered and was perfect for a quick visit (and would be for a longer visit, too)! The fenced in back patio was perfect for our dogs!!!! We’ve never been to Saugerties before so didn’t know what to expect — the town has a lot of cute shops, cafes and cool old bookstores! We really enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely stay again!

We were able to make ourselves right at home. The home is set well back from the road and quiet, but it is only 1 minute by car from a trailhead, 2 minutes from a gas station & convenience store, 4 minutes away from our daughters house, and 6 minutes from downtown! The full-size stove and refrigerator were particularly helpful because we had Thanksgiving provisions! My husband and I both enjoyed the bed and shower. The bedroom could use a reading lamp by one of the easy chairs. We're planning to come back.

The place was clean and was ready for us before the official check-in. It was homey, spacious, and gave us just what we needed. The house in the abnb app (and Google Maps where it's from) is not the right one; it's actually right next to the fire house, which is the one you see on Google Maps. It's close to everything you need in Cold Spring and a short 8-minute walk to the supermarket. A good find!

We had stayed in the main house last year over the December holidays because we are originally from the area but we moved out of state. It was perfect for three adults. We even hosted a breakfast for six of us and cooked a few dinners and there was a dishwasher which was perfect. This time it was just two adults for a short stay to participate in some holiday parties so we stayed in the apartment. My husband loved that there were two TVs as he loves to watch TV in the bedroom before bed. There is no dishwasher but that was fine because it was a shorter stay and we ate out or just used the microwave for our meals. If I am not cooking a large meal I can handle not having a dishwasher. For us the location is perfect because it is near family and friends. Keep in mind this is an area with no sidewalks and no street lights. If you are looking for a quiet street this is the place. It is walking distance to a lake, too.

Comfortable stay in Poughkeepsie! Amy & Lloyds place was as described and as pictured on Airbnb. I went with the high rating and great reviews and wasn’t let down! They were very responsive and provided whatever extra was requested. Their place is not within walking distance of the Main Street or train station but we used uber initially and then rented a car so it was fine. Would highly recommend their place!

I had a lovely in Miryan's home - the unit was very spacious and equipped with everything I needed, and so well located! I was able to hike Mount Beacon everyday and enjoy all the shops and restaurants, and didn't miss having a car at all. Really would have loved to stay longer, and can't wait to come back. Miryan was very responsive, and the neighborhood felt safe and easy to get around. I also appreciated use of the washing machine and the local coffee she provided, as well as the well equipped kitchen!

Suzette was an accommodating host with great communication. She allowed us to drop off our bags early and brought them into the property for us. Our stay was lovely, as the property is well situated next to beautiful wooded walks and just a short walk into town. The property was clean, with the amenities we needed. My only concern is that there is some noise from upstairs and the plumbing. If you are a light sleeper, this might wake you, although we did not have any issues with it.

Jiji's place was just right for our 2 night stay for destination wedding. Hotel amenities - pool, sauna, hot tub - were great as well. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountain. We were between seasons for local activities so place was mostly quiet and is a beautiful setting. Great communication from Jiji; had everything we needed. Nice stay!

Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings inside and out! Surprisingly the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open for our late September visit which was great since it was a warm weekend. Joe was a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this condo and host!

I had a phenomenal time with my stay ! everything was conveniently close, I got to see everyone snowboarding having a good time , all the lights on the mountain lit up at night, I’d say most places are about a 5-10 minute drive, the place is spacious, comfy with beautiful views from the bedroom, living room and the outdoor deck facing the mountains, definitely a time to remember

My family and I stayed here for the weekend after Thanksgiving. Kristof was very responsive and made our stay perfect. The place was perfect for our family. We lived the heated pool. Would highly recommend Kristof’s place.

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

awesome place. it took me a while to do my review because there's so many good things about this place that exceeded my expectations. a key item was the communication with the host. it was always responsive and willing to help and give suggestions. I would definitely rent again if in the area.

Lovely place, nice and clean. Balcony has one of the best views, perfect for a fall getaway and probably even better in the winter with ski season approaching. Lots of things to do near by, hiking trails, stores, food places ect. Host was responsive and super helpful. Highly recommended and will def be coming back.
