Excellent place just like the facilities, all were accessible. I went with my 2 year old baby and the place is excellent to spend time as a family. The host is very friendly and was flexible with check-in. The house is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It is a great house for a visit to Quito, especially if you have children. A lot of space, the only thing to consider is that it is a little far north.

it was a nice place she did take some time to respond but once she did it went smoothly. a little bit cool in the apartment but made for good sleep.

Everything was excellent, they let us check in before and although due to some questions we arrived a little late, we were super friendly. The place is safe and the fifth is super spacious for large groups. I would just recommend adding more kitchen utensils. Otherwise, it was excellent 😊

It's the 2nd time we went back to this Airbnb and we enjoyed the private environment and how spacious the house is.! It is in a very well located place in the north of Quito and the instructions from Amira were very well described.!

Comfortable house, close to everything, the house is as you see it in the photos, Andres is a good host who is always on the lookout. We had three families and everything was great. The house is large and safe.

Byron’s home is the perfect escape from the city. The location is excellent to visit many of the surrounding outdoor experiences Quito has to offer. Would highly recommend this location for small or larger groups.

Excellent house, spacious and beautiful with everything you need, and quite good attention

The home was absolutely stunning. It was full of culture and charm, and beautifully decorated. You have an amazing view when you initially walk in as the courtyard is full of plants and flowers. Then the view from the garden area is gorgeous as you have a full view of the city and mountains. We had everything we needed, with amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Claudia kindly provided firewood next to the fireplace, of which we used every night as the evenings were a little cooler during our stay, but the fire heated up the place well and added to the ambiance of setting. The home is in walking distance to the city center, historical places, coffee shops and restaurants. We frequented several local cafes, all of which were lovely. Claudia was an excellent host, always checking-in and accommodating. It will be the perfect stay if you are looking for a place in Quito. Highly recommend!

Again, we love it. Everything is very clean, beautiful and quiet, this time I was able to share with my wife and children. Same ones that felt at home, thanks to all the comforts the apartment offers. I recommend it, it is spacious and very comfortable to spend time as a family… .

Guapulo is the best spot for escaping the big smoke of modern Quito, and Amandine’s place gives you everything you could wish for for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My fav. time of day was 7-9am when the morning sun streams in the windows and the hammock beckons, together with some good music and fresh coffee :)

a very friendly person, aware, delicate in the treatment, worried that we are well. The safe house, large, dresser, clean, with all the services they indicated. The place allows you to be close to places to shop, stroll, have medical help and any need. I'm very grateful and happy to have passed there. My children had a great time on the court, with the fire pit, etc.

Good place to stay at, Darwin is a great guy, will be renting again when I get back to Quito.

The place is very cozy and complete, the house is very warm and stays like this all the time, which I think is excellent for the people who come from the coast! The host was on the lookout all the time! The house is located in a safe and quiet place, it has nearby bus and metro stops, restaurants and grocery stores! Excellent in terms of price and quality… We'll be back soon ☺️
