My stay at this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful. Though I never met April and Derek in person, they were incredibly attentive and responsive to any enquiries, making everything seamless. The house itself was stunning, well-equipped with great amenities, and set in a peaceful, scenic location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a quiet retreat!

The actual owner of the Airbnb is incredibly helpful and responsive — the system he uses to manage is easy and quick, as well. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to hit the slopes and it’s a lot bigger inside than you’d think!

We had a great stay at Barry & Sherry’s place! It was one of the only places I found that would let my 2 dogs stay without any extra rules. I will add that there is a dog that runs free across the road. I’m assuming to keep the wildlife away, which I am fine with just caught us off guard walking our dogs our first night there. Location wise its perfect! It was easy to get in and out to Asheville, and about an hour-ish to the waterfalls. I would recommend staying here especially if you have dogs.

We loved this place! Amazing views, beautiful house, loved having a fire pit outside and a fireplace inside, and just a few minutes from Blowing Rock. We did some nice hikes and hit the slopes a day for snow skiing. Thank you!

This house has an amazing view. My family loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. Everything was clean and the host provided bath towel and beach towels for the hot tub. My family had a great time at this house.

Rented the cottage for my wedding weekend and we absolutely loved the space! It was even cuter than the photos, and we all just loved our time there, especially the screened in porch. I was so grateful to have a quiet place where we could bring our dogs, and there was a dog park very close by they could run in. Rhonda was very kind and communicative, and if I'm ever in the area I would love to stay again.

Beautiful location, thoughtful amenities, and very clean oasis to stay while my Mom and I visited with my disabled brother during an emotional week. We helped my brother vacate his abandoned apartment in Asheville - medical issues required him to leave almost 2 years ago. Visiting with my brother and caregiving staff in Brevard and then sorting and cleaning the apartment took our days, but Luanne's home provided respite in the evenings. We are grateful that Luanne was able to extend our stay another night and coordinate with cleaners as we wrapped up the arrangements with apartment, storage units, and junk removal company. The cookies were delicious and we even got a photo of one of the white squirrels as we made our way down the steep road =) Grateful to Luanne for her gracious home and kindness.

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs, NC, while bringing books to the community as the 21st Century Packhorse Librarians. The cottage was immaculately clean, charming inside and out, and in a perfect walkable location to downtown. The spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a restful stay, and the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind. The trout fishing in the river right out front was incredible—our son caught a dozen trout! We also loved dining at the Smoky Mountain Diner and exploring all the town has to offer. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with great amenities and easy access to everything, we highly recommend the Little Stone Cottage!
