House vacation rentals in Marino

We really enjoyed our stay at Chiara‘s Villa. You definitely need a car to get there but it was easy to find. The place was spacious enough for the three of us and was well equipped. We arrived late in the evening therefore it was great to find milk, bread and eggs for us in the kitchen. Chiara was very helpful and friendly and even made sure that we could use the pool on one of the warm and sunny autumn days. It was very easy to get to Rome by car (ca. 30 min to the Vatikan and ca. 50 min to the Colosseum) and we never had trouble to find a parking space at a reasonable rate (ca. 20€/day). We highly recommend Chiara‘s villa and will hopefully be back at some point in the future!

The Casetta of 90 m2 in Grottaferrata lays nicely in a guarded area and is a separate and detached house from the main house. It is nestled on top of the condominium in a green garden, and there are some stairs to reach the accommodation. Though very close to the town of Grottaferrata, by foot (5-7 minutes), there is quietness and privacy, and at the same time, restaurants, supermarkets and cafés are within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly and available. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking at home, and the living room space invites cozy evenings. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work, a feature we were looking forward to. Nonetheless, this place is worth a visit and very recommendable at all seasons. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

the stay was extremely pleasant a cottage with a private pool surrounded by greenery,a unique experience during which we enjoyed the company of very sweet kittens and the great Rino an extremely sociable donkey. Excellent cleanliness, very welcoming indoor environment. Giorgia was very helpful in fulfilling all our requests.

I stayed at Giorgias lovely house for a weekend get-a-way in Rome. It matched our needs perfectly and Giorgia was such a polite and sweet host, who was super flexible and willingly to adjust the check-in/check-out times for us - because it otherwise would be a bit troublesome due to our flight. ☺️🙏🏻 A++++ service and the location is top notch aswell. I really like that it IS NOT in the complete center of Rome, so it actually feels a bit calm and chill in the neighborhood - while not too crowded with tourists. I would definately visit her place again one day. 🙌🏻☀️

I recommend more more this house Especially having made another house before …. and especially Francesca She is kind , kind, caring The house is extremely well equipped with sugar flour tea sheets…. Everything you need The pool , ⚽️ balloons, sunbathing, quiet , beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay there again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week 🙏

Giandomenico was super helpful and always present for anything. She recommended many nice places to eat and have breakfast. Your villa is equipped with anything, we had a great time

We came with a sporting team after a long drive, and we felt at home immediately. Our host was kind, helpful, the house was as described, clean, nice, heartwarming. The kitchen was well equipped, even the garden was perfect. Thanks a lot, when we go to the Rome area, this will be our base again!

Nice, cosy place, a bit outside the city center of Rome, but with excellent public transport connections. The host was very nice and always at our disposal whenever we needed her for help and tips.

One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome .. tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor fire!! Newly renovated apartment bathrooms fantastic kitchen stocked.Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips !! We played volleyball and grass field football that looks like wembley!!!! Toppp ! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do . Mr. Silvio (the guard ) is very thoughtful and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor fire and brought us fresh eggs from the chickens !!! ). We'll definitely be back!! Thank you

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

We had a lovely stay! It is very quiet and beautiful. We worked from home and the house suited us perfectly. Lots of space and even a gym! Spacious kitchen!
