Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️

Our stay was fantastic. The space was cozy and spacious. Everything needed to make for a great stay was included. The outdoor area was a big hit for our two dogs and access to the lake was perfect. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay.

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

It is an apartment in the center of Ostia Lido, very close to the sea and in an area with many places within walking distance. The apartment is well organized, the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. The bed is comfortable and above all there is great Wi-Fi and a desk in front of a window that allowed me to work easily in Smart Working. The area is quiet and parking is easily located nearby. The accommodation is ideal for two people but also in 4 it is fine with two places in the sofa bed. Beautiful terrace. Just keep in mind that it is located on the top floor of a building without elevator and is therefore not reachable by the disabled

High Quality are the words that best describe everything connected to this two bedroom apartment. Lucianna and Vincenzo are high quality, very classy people. Absolutely beautiful people. The place has been modernized with high quality features. The modern windows reconfigure and adapt to whatever your preferences are, and, when closed, block all sound on exterior. The floors are beautiful parkay wood. Love the front porch. The stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and clothes washer are very high quality. I have spent months in Ostia, and want to share that this apartment is literally perfectly located. It is on the nicest side of town. One block from the beach. One block from the train (which, believe me, you will appreciate after days when you tour Rome). One block from a huge park which is super for kids. One block from the town esplanade that has numerous restaurants and cafes. I liked Golden Italy which is almost across the street, and is a nice local spot. Be back soon!!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Enrico is such a kind host. He is very personable and communicative. He is understanding and compassionate if travel plans change and is very flexible. The property is excellent value for money. We would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It was our first vacation in two years. We had a pleasant stay and had several days near the seaside. Patrizia and her husband were so helpful, always in contact and in good mood. We were so lucky to find this gem! Some days were very hot and we spent time at the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and so green! The house is beautiful and well equipped- you have everything you need!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

The stay was just right for us. 10 min walk to the train or beach. One day we drove to Rome (3.80 EUR each way, about 45 min. to Termini) and walked our feet sore, the next day we were lazy on the beach (lounger+umbrella about 12 EUR) There are numerous good restaurants nearby. That's why we never cooked there. A grill is available. Until Anzio, it is recommended to have a car. You can park right in front of the house. We never used the pool around the corner that doesn't belong to the house. It was a very relaxing holiday and would book it again. In case of problems and wishes, Giulio was quick and helpful.

Livia was great and her house beautiful, clean and tidy! He helped us with our transportation, gave us helpful directions to the area and restaurants, and showed us everything we needed! She always responded and was kind and friendly! The house was very close to the Stela Pollare stop and that made getting around easy and quick! We hope to come back Livia, thanks!

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The ocean is right across the street and lots of delicious food within walking distance. Very nice Airbnb, everything was very clean and the linens smelled nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! This lovely appartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It has great air con which we couldn’t have managed without! The two balconies are brilliant. Tiziano and Michelangelo were very responsive hosts. There are nice touches such as providing slippers, this made the apartment feel more like a hotel which was a welcome addition. The only downsides for us were the lack of (an advertised) safe and the dodgy locks on all the shutters and the front door. Granted, the apartment is old but it would definitely benefit from these being fixed so they shut properly. The front door lock is really difficult to open and shut which we found frustrating over time. The apartment would also benefit from mosquito nets at the windows, something that’s usually standard in Italy. We used plug ins instead but would have preferred to be able to keep the shutters open had these been in place. The smallest bedroom became insufferably hot as a result. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Great location in Ostia surrounded by alot of restaurants and easy to get around with electric scooters and bikes. Also close to the metro so if you want to go into Rome it’s great also. Nice place comfortable beds and a clean space ! Recommend highly if in Ostia

Emilianas home is beautiful. To wake up to the view of the sea and the peaceful surroundings was fabulous. The house is tastefully decorated to give a sense of calm in every room. We loved our stay here for Christmas and Emiliana even supplied a Christmas tree for us. Emilianas communication throughout our stay was superb , helping to make a reservation in a restaurant for us for the 26th December was greatly appreciated. The lovely welcome pact of fruit and bread is so thoughtful with milk and water in the fridge and wine on the table.. a great start to a great stay. Following our departure we encountered an unfortunate episode in another town and contacted Emiliana to act as interpreter.. Both Emiliana and her daughter gave us great support which we are grateful for. This is a 5 star booking from start to finish Thank you and we will be back again in the future.

I stayed here for a week while visiting Rome before my cruise, and I loved the peaceful and private location. David was incredibly helpful, providing directions for check-in and local recommendations. When the internet went out one night, he promptly arranged for a technician to fix it the next morning.
