Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Marina di Fuscaldo

It was very pleasant to stay in this beautiful property, in a charming place at the foot of Parco del Pollino and a few kilometers from the sea. Thanks to Antonella for letting us know something of a fascinating culture like Arbëreshë. We really enjoyed breakfast at a large common table, chatting with her and other guests, her kindness and availability.

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Our stay went very well despite us missing our flight the first night and me losing my luggage for the night. Gabriella was kind by lending me a few outfits until my luggage arrived. We had lunch ready for us as well. Half way through our stay, it was cleaned for us. Gabriella helped arrange for transportation to and from airport as well as a local tour guide. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The few times we had questions, they were answered and managed promptly. Thank you again for everything you did for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

I've used AirBnB for many great stays over many years, but Fatima's place has truly provided my best experience. The apartment is immaculate--*extremely* clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Fatima's parents--who managed the apartment on-site--are some of the most considerate, kind, and thoughtful individuals you'll ever meet. The grounds are beautiful, with blooming rose bushes, beautiful trees, and a well-kept lawn. It's clear that much thought and care goes into the upkeep of both the apartment and its grounds. Even as the apartment is situated in this serenity, important amenities are very close: A large grocery store is a 3-min drive away and the center of town is about a 10-min drive away. My family and I were genuinely sad to leave Fatima's apartment, but we look forward to returning!

Warm welcome. Nice place with friendly people. Good base for all kinds of activities (sea and beach, hills with wonderful cycling roads, the mighty beautiful town of Corigliano, Parco della Sila, etc.). Grapefruits, orange and lemons as much as we wanted. Nice and fast communication. Nice lounge chairs on a lawn with a beautiful view. We had a great time.

Staying here was lovely...with a boutique feel...and at night the pretty lighting around the pool and restaurant area was quite magical Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming The cottages were a very good balance of private and being part of this small complex Grounds were well maintained Great facilities...pool, seating around it, parking outside and well equipped gym Great to have a washing machine too Restaurant for dinner was high end quality with locally sourced, very tasty and beautifully made meals Breakfast was also lovely Great to be able to balance self catering (great supermarket nearby) with eating on site Getting to places we wanted to visit was generally an hour or so's drive away, but that was fine All in all I would recommend staying here, and would be very happy to cone to stay again. Elio and Assunta are very responsive and friendly. Anytime you need anything they will answer right away and help you. Would stay again.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really well cared for in every detail and everything is in its own place, as well as every respectful grandmother wanted. She made us find wood to warm us up and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and also during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. A crazy view! Thanks to Fabrizio, always ready and available for any eventuality. Best regards! And thank you for your great hospitality!

the house was exactly as shown in the photos , very spacious and with the heaters working perfectly. Also easy to get to and with 2 private parking lots and a space outside. Our host was waiting for us to welcome us and explain the house rules, and he was also very kind and friendly.
