Very good location, comfortable apartment and clean host available

Laura and Sergio, a delightful couple who respected our privacy but on hand if required. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything we needed for a short stay. Tge ebtrance had a covered area which idea on a rainey day for my self and dog. The front covered terrace gave veiws of the sea and mainland excellent entertainment watching all the boats and ferrys with beautiful sunrises. Sadly the beach was very small and not clean due to october weather. The carport was a good size and safe. Easy walking distance of the very small town of Cavo, with a selection of Restaurants. Very nice caffe bar close by. Well recommended for a quiet peaceful short holiday..

Cozy and clean studio with everything you need. Very helpful and discreet host. The exterior with very intimate private space,deck chairs,coffee table,umbrella and hot shower. Hammock, shaded parking in the common space and on the property. Appreciate recommendations on possible destinations. Appreciated location close to the state road and many villages but also to the beach, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Fan, air conditioner and pellet stove x winter!!! Thank you!!!

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

We stayed in Luca's apartment for a week in August 2023. Luca was immediately available by providing us with plenty of information about restaurants, places, and beaches to visit. Available and very reliable also for check-in, we arrived early in the morning at Ghiaie and as soon as it was available the apartment gave it to us (before the agreed time). The apartment enjoys a wonderful view but above all an excellent position to visit all the beaches of the coast from Ghiaie to Sottobomba, with a few minutes walk. We are really satisfied with our choice and if we ever go back to Elba we will know who to turn to. Happy hosting! Light

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

We really enjoyed our time in Federico‘s nice apartment. The terrace and the view is wonderful. It is just a minute to the nice beach and 10 minutes to the city center. Highly recommended. There is just a little communication overhead due to the third party broker bookiply.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

Superbly equipped villa with terrace and great sea views, as well as direct access via stairs to the sea. We felt very comfortable and immediately at home. Paola and Giulio are warm and knowledgeable hosts! They speak German, English and French , are always available, humorous and charming. Simone, her son will provide the right place on the clean beach. See you soon!

We had a fantastic stay for our multi-generational holiday on Elba! This home is perfect for you have smaller children-with three separate bunk bed rooms. The separate guest studio was a perfect private space for one couple. Amazing outdoor space for hanging out and dining!! The view is phenomenal

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Martina’s place was picturesquely in the old town with lots of restaurants nearby. She was splendid host, picking us up from the ferry and giving us regular local weather updates so that we could visit the best beaches for a swim.

We had a very nice stay at Antonella's apartment. The apartment is very big and beautifully decorated. With three balconies, you'll still be spoilt for choice - sun on the back balcony in the morning or sit in the sun at noon on the front balcony, watch the hustle and bustle in the harbor or enjoy the sunset at dinner. The bed is good, hard but comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean. We were lucky to always get a parking space in the city's public parking spaces and from there it is also not far to walk to the apartment. We highly recommend the place!

The experience in Paolo's Bouganville apartment was beautiful ! The apartment is really a few meters from Innamorata beach and offers everything you need, the large livable terrace is a real gem ... we loved it! For sports enthusiasts, a short walk from the apartment you will find marked trails to reach the mines both by bike and on foot. Paolo was a very kind, friendly host and attentive to all our needs ! She welcomed us like old friends and made us feel at home. We recommend going to dinner at your restaurant in Capoliveri, high-quality cuisine and elegance in the rooms and service ! We will be back, next time in 3 💙

I was with friends at this apartment literally a stone's throw from the sea. The village, despite being small, has all the amenities (convenience stores, restaurants, bars...). The house is completely renovated and above all clean. I highly recommend it.

great location, cove under Piazza Bovio splendid and Sandra was very kind and always available, as soon as she arrived in addition to the welcome wine as a gift, she bought two gifts x our cats and gave us great directions on places to see nearby. It was a lovely vacation. Thank you so much Sandra! 😘

Very clean and fresh, nice smell. Good kitchen appliances. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy check in and Daniele answered fast and was very helpful.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo

Silvia's apartment in the heart of Porto Azzurro old town has met our expectations more than. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is well renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and keeps everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very convenient for us. The communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information in the apartment on an info board. There was nothing from our perspective, which was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!
