Self catering holiday cottage at private home

Cottage under our house with a small kitchen bedroom and bathroom. It is a self catering unit with bar fridge, micro wave oven and 2 plate stove with oven and kitchen cutlery and utensils. We have 2 small dogs a Yorkie and Jack Russell. There is a braai facility and a large swimming pool. Tv and wifi available. House is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and is quiet and peaceful. We are about 1000 metres from nearest beach. Open parking facility available. Infants and children allowed.

There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai.JOJO Tank. Newly installed inverter ensures the lights and wifi are kept on. Southbroom, also known as the Jewel of the South Coast for very good reason, boasts one of the finest golf courses on the South Coast as well as tennis facilities, hiking trails and beautiful swimming beaches. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children UNDER 13 years.

a Small sized guest suite, with private splash pool and sea views from your upstairs viewing deck. Walking distance to shops, golf course, and beaches! NO loadshedding! The suite has a mini-kitchenette and pool and is on our property but private from the main house with its own entrance and courtyard garden. Situated in Southbroom on the Southcoast, one of the safest, upmarket, and best kept towns in KZN. Restaurants, an international golf course, and tidal pools are just 8 min walk away.

There is an 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym and spa. There is also a great MTB Trail for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.
