Vacation rentals with a patio in Marikina

Great communication, good location. We appreciate the dining utensils set up on the table. ☺️ We had some issues with the parking (guards/admin asked us to move our car 3x before the final parking slot, which was different from the parking slot given to us). Also found 1 small live cockroach crawling in the living room. Still, the entire experience for us is 4.5/5, but we'll give this listing 5 stars. Thank you!

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The place is well appointed and clean. The location is amazing . We just walked to find so many amazing restaurants nearby . The free snacks and pop is great touch for the guests like us .

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

One of the coziest and cleanest airbnb we’ve tried.

We stayed from October 17-20, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The place had everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. It was also really close to my exam venue, so getting there was so easy. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, too, perfect for unwinding and focusing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot!

The place is super great, it’s cozy, private and very clean when we got there! You know that the place is well mentained, everything is working just fine. Plus the owner and the co-hosts are all very responsive and helpful while we were preparing for our stay. I also had the chance to meet Suzi, she is very friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend this place again!

Got the place to host for a reunion/party with friends and it accommodated us just fine. Loved the master room and master bathroom. Everything is so cozy. Loved the karaoke in the loft; we spent a lot of time there. It is also helpful to have a responsive and helpful host. Although, they never got back to me about the microwave. But overall, the airbnb is great! Would recommend!

Roland and Aloha are nice, friendly host, place is clean and quiet. Lots of eating place, cafe and a mart which is handy. Accessible to public transport and near Malls. Overall we are satisfied. Thank you

Booked the place as it was near the Manila Biodome. My wife and son had enjoyed the stay. Pam was responsive and proactively provide suggestions.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

As a first time booking an airbnb, I could say na I really enjoyed staying here. Entering the unit feels like I'm still at home. Basic needs are well provided. Hindi kami nahirapan to spend an overnight. And I wasn't able to have any hard time talking to Ms. Salome for answering all of my queries. If we will do an airbnb again, I will definitely re-booked this.

We had such a great time celebrating my husband’s post-birthday at Chloe’s Place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and cozy getaway. The location was super convenient, with plenty of food spots and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or any essentials. Getting around was a breeze, though we brought our own car, and having a reserved parking slot (for a small fee) was a big plus. There was also plenty to do! We enjoyed walking around the area, and for an additional fee, we had access to the swimming pool and basketball court—such a fun bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were so warm and friendly, even though we were only there for a couple of days. Overall, it was totally worth it, and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend Chloe’s Place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
