You have to experience it to believe it. The wow factor of walking into your home and seeing The Lake was so special. The drive through the onion and soy farm was such a cool experience. We knew we were somewhere special. Unique. We feel like we won an Airbnb and VRBO contest for the best and most beautiful find. It is private, more than you could ask for... deer, bald eagles, and all the other birds. The boats - not that many, but plenty to stare at. The sunsets. All 13 we saw. Every one of them was special. The house has everything you would need. A very thoughtfully laid kitchen and the baths were new and clean. They were loaded with beautiful towels and shower soaps. We had three stormy days while we were there, and we had such a memorable time. During the rest of the stay, we had the sun with us every day and beautiful September weather in the 70s. We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We were 7 of us, mostly siblings, so with 6 bedrooms it was perfect. The rooms were simple yet clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. While the house is not right on the water is is a very short stroll down to the docks and we had a beautiful view of Keuka Lake from the front porch and windows. There is much to do in the area-hiking, fishing, wine tasting. Also we enjoyed kayaking on the lake which is very beautiful and clean. All the stores you may need for supplies are about a 5 minute drive away in Penn Yan. We did a lot of cooking at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked. There is a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs and we enjoyed campfires 2 of the nights we were there. Brian lives 2 doors down, but we never saw him, so there is no worry of the landlord being intrusive. All in all we would definitely stay again!

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a cool, rainy weekend and we took full advantage of the bedroom fireplaces and extra blankets! Would love to come back to enjoy summer-time at your place. Thank you!

great place. my kids loved the house and especially the games and whatnot that are part of the rv park (right behind the house and included) The hosts were great and responsive. They went out of their way to make our stay fun.

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful Airbnb for a large group. The house is gorgeous, clean, grounds well kept, and provided a safe and solid place for our very large group. The host was very responsive, kind, and available. Highly recommend!

My daughters and I could live at this cabin and location. It is on our list of “absolutely again”! I have not felt this relaxed and peaceful in a very long time. It was absolutely serene and beautiful.
