Very nice stay

Our family of 5 had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Stephen's house. We had lots of room to spread out but also great common spaces to be together. Kitchen was well-stocked and location was beautiful.

We stayed two nights at Marissa and Tom’s house, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate—super clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The towels were incredibly soft, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. There were extra blankets everywhere, which was such a cozy touch. The fire pit outside was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the crisp, cool air. Our group of five slept comfortably, and every detail of the home made our stay even better. Marissa and Tom were fantastic hosts—responsive, attentive, and always available when we needed to communicate. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Lovely place to stay. Close to Hudson, but far enough to feel secluded.

This house is perfect for a nice, small, and quiet getaway. The house is spotless, with cleaning supplies available to use throughout your stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, cookware, supplies, and spices. They had everything you need to make full meals and more! The beds were very clean and comfortable with a great amount of sheets and blankets. The downstairs had a wonderful playroom and TV that is great for group getaway or children. This was overall a great stay and definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing place for vacation!

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. We would highly recommend to anyone looking in that area to reach out to Kenroy. We also brought our dog so it was great that the house was dog friendly! Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Niral and Elizabeth's place. We live in NYC and wanted to get out of town for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for it. The place was comfortable, clean and on a beautiful property. Highly recommended spot, we will return!!

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Johns place exceeded expectations. Nice fenced in outdoor space for the dog. Easy walk to breakfast/coffee. Very clean + tidy space! Felt safe, private and like home!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

We had a great stay. It was a great quick weekend trip out of the city. This was our first time upstate and the location of Donna’s home was perfect. We had such a great time and would love to come back in the future.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Highly recommend Kim’s place! She is an excellent and responsive host. Place is so cute and the hot tub is really a nice bonus. Great location - very close to both Kingston and New Paltz. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a great place for a solo vacation! I was able to do yoga, go in the hot tub, and take a walk around the property!

Highly recommend! Our stay was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to unwind and decompress. The peacefulness of nature and the seclusion of the property created a serene retreat from the constant hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. With perfect weather, we spent our days enjoying the firepit, making s'mores, and sipping on libations – a wonderful tradition that became a highlight of our weekend. We were conveniently close to the Shohola Falls, which was a great spot to visit, but the Bushkill Falls – Pennsylvania’s very own Niagara Falls – truly stole the show. Glenn made the whole experience easy, from booking the cabin to answering all our questions before we arrived. This trip was a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, enjoyed by myself, my wife, our two teenage children, and our pups. It’s a long weekend we will remember fondly for years to come. The Little Log Cabin was the perfect long weekend getaway. It was so comfortable and cozy. I would love to return the next time I’m in the Catskills. Thank you Becca and Jesse for sharing such a wonderful home!

Such a cuteeeeee getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. This home was even more gorgeous in person, and the hosts have a great attention to detail. (Eg, blankets, glassware, condiments) My partner and I cooked and it wasn’t bare like other bnb’s, there were even farm fresh eggs for brekky! The only catch I will say is that if you’re visiting in the winter, bring ALL your layers!!! The cabin took a few hrs to heat up, and it was freezing. Still worth every dollar!

Gorgeous cabin gave me a peaceful reprieve from the city. Wish I could have stayed longer

This is now one of our new favorite spots. The cabin is cozy and lovely. The kitchen is well provisioned with excellent cookware. The sauna and hot tub were a total treat. The area it’s in is beautiful. Meng and Andrew were super helpful, friendly and responsive — even when we had a minor issue late one night. We’re hoping we’ll have an occasion to go back soon.

Beautiful place. Well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, and relaxing hot tub. Very secluded and private with woods and hills all around. We had a great winter weekend with friends, and skied at Elk which is an easy and pretty 30 minute drive.

Jim’s cabin was a wonderful place to stay at for my two year anniversary. My dog Salem , really enjoyed the stay and how much outside space she had to run around freely ! Photos don’t do justice. Definitely would stay again!
