We only stayed one night at the listing, but will gladly come back next time. A small, well-appointed and cozy studio. Very well located on the island to enjoy the environment. Daniel is very responsive in answering our questions.

What a view! How not to start with this. The views are fantastic. The space is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and functional. There's nothing missing. We had 5 pleasant days with our 2 children (5 and 7). Having 2 bedrooms is a real plus. Ideal location. The beach at the foot of the building, L’Ile Penotte is a few minutes walk.. We'll be there again.

A home that deserves its 5 stars. Clean, pretty, equipped, comfortable... We'll go back without hesitation!

We spent 3 pleasant days. The accommodation is very cocooning, there is everything you need. Close to everything , food shops or other , close to the embankment etc . Alexandre is very kind and responsive whenever we ask or share something with him. I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the spacious and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is awesome! Unlike the other reviews the apartment is well insulated and we did not hear any noise coming from the bakery. The bedding is very good quality!! I'll be back there for sure with pleasure

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Perfect for a beach getaway The house is right behind the dunes and is close to the village center, where you can shop for everything. You do not need a car to get maximum rest. We will be happy to return in the next one!

We had the chance to rent this house at the last minute. Martin is very responsive and accessible. The place is quiet and there are many bike paths nearby that allow you to go into town or to the sea. The house is pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. It's a real Airbnb, like a home that friends would have lent you. There are all the basics in the kitchen cabinets, both from an equipment point of view, and from the point of view of basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour,...). There is a lot of what you need too like bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps... There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a percolator. We felt comfortable with 6 people but it seems narrow for eight. A quick note for the bedroom with twin beds upstairs: the mattresses are thin, so rather for children. The other 3 bedrooms are very large and the bedding is good. We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Wow what a great Airbnb! Perfect location for St Martin de Ré. Amazing to have a sauna! Nice spacious bedrooms and comfortable open showers. The wood furniture and furnishings are quite unique and different. Definitely a recommended option if available.

A responsive and very nice host! Clean accommodation! Well located in the city center of La Rochelle! Just disappointed to not have found the sofa massaging as indicated on the listing as well as the shower gel and shampoo! 😂 I would recommend it 100%
